Good tacos and pozole

The food was good and at a decent price. Good service. Wi-Fi at the restaurant. It is nice to get away from the main streets, if only by a few blocks.

Terrific tacos al pastor. Super yummy, super inexpensive! Add a cold beer, couldn't ask for more. Good service, too.

We loved eating at Los Otates. It's tucked away, about a ten minute walk from the tourist scene. If you want to feel like a local, and eat amazing authentic Mexican food, this is your place. We ate there every day after scuba diving. Great food, very affordable!!

We found this place a few years ago, wow are we so glad we did. Never had a bad meal there. When you see locals there you know it's got to be good! Can't beat the prices!

If the locals are eating there then maybe you should too. Great food and really nice people! It's an open restaurant in a local neighborhood. You'll love it. Just easy good food.

End up back every time I'm in Cozumel. Enjoyed the quesadillas, guacamole, gringas, veg burrito. Good value.

We ate here twice. Pretty limited menu, but my husband liked his chicken burrito, we both liked the guacamole and my tacos Al Pastor were OK, if not fantastic. The service is friendly but not very attentive and the atmosphere is non-existent (which is fine if the food is good, here it's just average) - wifi works well, though. Give... More

My friend and I had dinner here last night and it was great! The place itself is nothing fancy; picnic tables and chairs in a space covered by a tarpaulin roof, but don't late the look keep you away. This is fresh, well-prepared, authentic Mexican food that's great for the stomach and easy on the wallet. A plate of tacos... More

Family owned. Omar, the youngest of three sons spent some time with us at dinner. Three generations of family serve amazing food and the outdoor / open-air atmosphere is laid back and casual. From the beach to the best food on the island you'll never be disappointed here.
