Stopped in for snacks, and drinks. Ended up having lunch as well. While we were there one of the gals in our group injured herself. The owner was so concerned that he called the paramedics and waited in the Urgent Care waiting room to make sure she was alright. The owner is a truly stand up guy. If we are... More

May 24th, stopped by for lunch and enjoyed some of the best coconut shrimp and nacho's i have eaten, don't take credit cards like most of the places in Cozumel any more, Ocean breeze with a view with good drinks and eats worth the steps for the view and right down town in the middle of shopping area.

The food here was awesome! As was the service! I also really liked the atmosphere, it had an amazing view of the ocean with a great breeze. Also it was quite large, we weren't crammed at all like in some places. Highly recommend it!

Had lunch at Toro's Place. Service was very slow even for Cozumel! Food was average(not bad), but the worse issue to me is that they do not accept credit cards(not sure if they had an issue that day or what).

My boyfriend and I decided to venture downtown when we were sick of eating the same old resort buffet style meals. We ordered the taco trio which comes with 1 lobster, 1 shrimp and 1 carne asada taco...all of which were amazing! I ordered a strawberry daiquiri that was easily one of the best (and biggest) I have had in... More

We stopped here for drinks while we were shopping one afternoon. Fast and friendly service and nice strong drinks. The second storey view overlooking the water & the cruise ship dock was great too. Can't comment on the food but the slushy cocktails on a hot day would bring me back for sure.

We stopped here a few times... The drinks tasted good and were just right on the alcohol level. The food was good, the service was fantastic. A great place to hang-out and enjoy the view.

The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and great! The rooftop deck was the perfect place to relax and people watch and take in the view of our amazing cruise ship! The waitstaff was great. Ask for Mariano, he was great!

My Wife and I ate here November 13 2013. We were in a hurry for lunch and it was close to the dive boat. Long story short, we both had the chicken tacos which were good. A little pricey but you need to pay some for the view. The place is clean and in a good location. We ask them... More

We had a favorite restaurant in Cozumel for years and couldn't find it for the last few years, so we stumbled on Toro's Place on our last trip. (Had tried others in the meantime, but they were only so-so.) The service was very good and the food was great. Margaritas were excellent! The co-owner's husband came over to talk to... More
