This is the best restaurant in Cozumel, far from all the crappy touristic places you can find in the ilsand. The food is great; big quantities for a very small price.
The welcoming is very warm, we met the nicest mexican people there. I would have eaten there everyday If I were to stay in Cozumel.
Best value for money...

Great service and meals. Super affordable > $50 for four with drinks (with left overs). As other reviews noted there are accompaniments on a buffet tables as well. Not too spicy for the sensitive eaters but great pico de gayo and hot sauces. Cash only though.

We just returned from dinner at Parilla Mission and it was even better than we remembered from years past. Excellent wait staff, fantastic food, and very reasonable prices. A bit of a walk from the main square but well worth the effort. We're staying a couple more weeks and will certainly get back here a few more times before we...

We stumbled upon Parilla Mission on the day we arrived in Cozumel as we were wandering the streets neighboring our villa. The food is typical Mexican, tasty, large portions, and very well priced. The atmosphere is pleasant, and service is attentive. Chicken fingers for the kids were homemade and very tasty. Husband and I had tacos, chicken and shrimp I...

After diving with my favourite shop in the morning we headed to Parrilla Mission for a cheap but tasty lunch special. I think we paid 70 peso's each for a homemade lime soda, soup and a main. They had 7 or 8 different lunch specials and they all looked good. We had the pork, chicken and steak lunch plates while...

We normally visit Parrilla Mission several times a week for breakfast and supper during our trips to Cozumel and have never been disappointed. I like the simple atmosphere. It is a few blocks off the main street so you do not have to worry about the annoying hawkers outside pushing their places. Service is excellent and the food is good....

Although we had ordered calamari and fish dish, we were then brought warmed plates for the buffet....had no idea that was included! Best black beans, onion/mushroom dish, cheesy corn/veggies, etc. Totally missed the cold buffet....will definitely return. Mostly locals, and many cars simply stopping on way home to pick up their meals!

Love the hot bar--a little side buffet of things like creamy poblano peppers, nopales, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, beans and rice--that's available in the evenings. Inexpensive and tasty, with a full bar. If I have any quibble, it's that the menu is a little on the narrow side. But since it's online, you can figure out if the selection is enough...

went with 4 adults, 2 kids. was 600 pesos for dinner. our faves were the arracheta fajitas and the tortilla soup. went here twice just to have these two things. they don't always tell you that you're welcome to the "side dishes" along the wall (the pasilla peppers in cream rock) and the salsas on the table in the middle...
