Full bar and out great wine list. A non Smoking Covered area, and a smoker friendly compliance smoking area set far apart from the covered non smoking area. Waterfall , palm trees, very cozy, family friendly and romantic place to spend the evening. Delivery Service to Town and all Hotels and Condos. Featuring our Western Fried Chicken from years past, back by popular demand, Texas Style, kettle cooked to order. Fresh seafood, and daily specials in addition to our regular menu, at very friendly prices in the new location and much lower overhead.

We have eaten her on many trips. It is consistently excellent. That's why we always come back. I try to stay away from the fresh baked breads but I surrender every time. You don't want to go to Cozumel and miss Prima!

We eat here every time we come to Cozumel and this restaurant is a must. The service is great along with the food.

Even though we get an all inclusive hotel every year, we spring for breakfast here every year. Free wifi to touch base with home, exceptional view, and the food is good too. Service is polite everytime.

The food was good a little pricey for Cozumel but the service was horrible. A party of 5 1 person spilled their drink their were numerous waiters around but no one came to clean up the mess. We had to clean ourselves then ask for another drink. We were never offered refills on our drinks, rolls etc.

We have been going to this restaurant for 15 years and it never disappoints. The lobster and pasta and the combo platter are wonderful. New location is great for its views of the water, the sunsets and the town. We never miss a trip to this place. We took 3 newbies this year and they loved it as well.

The only things we were impressed with at Prima's was the outside elevator that takes you directly to the restaurant and the nice view. Five of us dined and none of us were very thrilled with our food. My lobster was chewy and not very flavorful and not worth $33. When my husband paid for with a credit card, it... More

Our family party of 12 enjoyed this restaurant for a late supper one evening and breakfast the next morning. And it was wonderful both times. Great food! Nice atmosphere on the deck with guitarist singing. Good service for a large group. They took care of us well.

Usually this is on our stop for dinner, very nice dining. We tried breakfast here. Excellent breakfast (breakfast isn't that hard) but sitting out on the patio in the morning breeze is excellent. We make this our early breakfast (well before noon) stop, this prepares us for a evening of dining out.
