Great ambience, excellent service.

after hearing about The "new" Prima, decided to try it out. Found the ambience was excellent, as was the staff. They r all from the old Prima! Ordered the conch fritters and were disappointed. Way to much dough, and not a lot of conch. The mashed potatoes lacked. The lobster was excellent, as... read more

Only outdoor seating is available but wonderful evening! Ate dinner and the Best steak on the island! Ordered the Blue Cheese chicken wings! Highly recommend them! Margarita was very refreshing! Ordered the special which was 2 fried chicken wings, 1 Lobster tail, and ribeye with mashed potatoes and gravy and veggies! DELICIOUS! Will definitely eat there again!

Heard about this place from some people we met. It's outdoors and kinda neat the way they set it up. Steak and Lobster was perfect. Must have been US corn feed beef. Best meal on our trip. Will come back again.

I have been a long time HUGE fan of Prima's. I have been going there for years since they were originally downtown . We have introduced all of our friends to Prima and for years I have called Prima my favorite restaurant anywhere. I was sooo thrilled when I saw that they would be reopening in the new location this... More

Found out about Prima Trattoria online while in Cozumel this past week (4/8/15 - 4/12/15). We dined at their new location on Saturday, 4/11/15 and we loved it! Cozy, tranquil ambiance, friendly and attentive service, and incredible food. We had Conch Fritters, their specially-brined wings, blackened silver grouper, lobster ravioli and two huge margaritas & two glasses of wine. Easily... More

We stayed at El Cantil Condos and Prima was originally located on the top floor. We heard good things about it from our Dive Operator, so we decided to take a walk into town and try it. It's a bit out of the way - not in the "main" downtown area, but well worth the trip. We had a party... More

The "new" Prima is a must. What's new about it besides the location -a charming outdoors spread beaming with cozyness and warmth-? Ceci is back in the driver's seat, meeting and greeting and making sure her patrons are happy and pleased. Prices are slightly lower and the menu has been slightly changed. The home made pasta, pizza and sauces are... More

Prima was once in one of the large condo just off the town square, the have moved, I hate they don't have the view, but it is the same owner and staff, the food is always great and new grounds are beautiful. Take a taxi, its hard to find now.

Recently visited Prima Trattoria. We went into town 3 times for dinner during our visit and ate here 3 times. Great food, great service. I know Albert doesn't own this restaurant but I believe his son & friend does. For those who used to go to Prima in previous lives. All food is fresh nothing frozen. Great specials. All delicious.
