The Steak and Lobster

The venue has changed but the food remains quality. It is more cozy in the new location. It is nice that the owner, Ceci, greats all guests. The service is excellent as always. The steak and lobster is amazing. Also, ask for their garlic toast:)

While staying at El Cantil Condos we were encouraged to visit Prima Trattoria. Great friendly service and the food was excellent. So surprised to find fresh Carribean King Crab that were so sweet we didn't need the butter. Great service (sometimes took away the plates too soon). We would go back.

Ate here 2x in the 12 days we were here. Top notch Italian fare, anything with seafood is a winner and steak was a big surprise. I do not usually eat beef in Cozumel ( have never seen a cow here) and it was superb. Ceaser salad is the real deal, I will put this on my list to visit... More

Found Prima our third night in Cozumel and have been back again and maybe even again. I had the lobster tail with pasta, all cooked to perfection. The 8 oz lobster tail dinner was $22.50. I couldn't believe it. My husband had grilled grouper and my daughter ate a whole crab that the server gladly helped her get out of... More

I have been here more than 6 times and have never had a bad meal. The food is wonderful and the service superb. I love that they serve their bread with oil and balsalmic. Such a great touch. I also think their desserts are amazing too! I have to admit that I loved their rooftop view better, but as long... More

My husband told me about Prima from his previous visits to Cozumel, and this place did not disappoint! We ended up eating here 4 nights of our trip because it is so good with many options. He loves the lobster fettuccine, we both enjoyed the blackened grouper, and the spaghetti with homemade meatballs was amazing! Don't forget to try the... More

I visit Cozumel at least once a year and always eat at Prima. So glad to see they have reopened after closing last year. The new location is not an ocean view but the food is just as fabulous as always. The King Crab is amazing and the price is unbelievable. I have never had a bad meal here. The... More

Love Prima. Very glad they reopened. Great food and nice ambiance in the outside setting. I can see that being an issue on a super hot day though. Hector is the best waiter ever.

We are here several times during. They do take out and dine in. The chicken dinner was very good. Fresh fish and pasta were excellent and prices reasonable.
