Loved this restuarant. We ended up taking a $5.00 cab ride to find it as it is off the beaten path, but we walked back to the Main Street. Food, price, authentic atmosphere were great. We split a grouper fillet, had a couple beers and with a tip was around $10.00 canadian. Owner a character. Would highly recommend. Really satisfied with... More

Some of the freshest and best fish on the island. Off the beaten path. Don't come here if you want white tablecloths and fancy surroundings. If you are looking for really good fresh fish and a relaxed atmosphere this is the place for you. Fantastic.

This place is a bit off the beaten path (I literally have taken a map of the town, and penciled in my favorite restaurants). Almost fresh-from-the-ocean fish. Order a whole fish, and you get to pick it out!!! This place is a great value, the food is beyond spectacular, and this is our hands-down favorite lunch place in Cozumel.

We made our trek to this little off the beat place to get our fix on fresh seafood and fish. Service was average. Food and beer were great. My daughter ordered octopus had said it was the best she ever had.

Once again, our favorite lunch spot. Fresh fish, great flavors and friendly staff. Worth the trek into the residential area to get authentic food and get away from the crowded tourist traps.

This is a great local spot, great prices, and the best fried fish and grilled shrimp you will find anywhere.

A short taxi ride off the main strip is this terrific little restaurant with the seating situated in a courtyard which includes a caged pet parrot. One friend ordered the grouper and I was splitting the 4 fish taco's with another friend. The portions were generous and two taco's were more than enough for me. The owner served us our... More

Get off the beaten path while in Cozumel and get over to Pescaderia San Carlos! In addition to the friendly service and proprietor, you'll be rewarded with a red snapper meal like you've never had before: Scaled whole, scored, and fried to a crispy golden brown. The freshness of the fish is apparent: it is firm, sweet, and flaky. I've... More

Love the colorful art work that was on the chairs. Scuba influence. Some of the seafood i was disappointed with the quality. It tasted fishy. We had a large group and they accomodated and served us well. This is a very remote location and was recommended by one of the locals and is worth the find.

We went here to have seafood for lunch. It was down time, so was somewhat empty. There was just another table, but there was still live music showing Mexicans love for live music :) I had fish soup and my gf had grilled fish. The food was a genuine representation of the local cuisine, the portions were large and very... More
