Can't Go Wrong - One of My "go to" places

You can't go wrong with Rock-n-Java! As a full time island resident for 15 years, it's been a solid and consistent mainstay for me and I haven't had a complaint that I can recall in all of those 15 years! There is literally something for everyone on the menu regardless of taste, budget or mood... read more

Thank you so much for the stellar review. As a fellow business owner - Blue XTSea Diving - here on the island, your review means alot. I'm really glad that over the years Jose, Chef Mario and the rest of the Rock'N Java team have been able to consistently exceed your expectations with fresh, housemade food! More

A great place to go if you have people in your party who would prefer a non Mexican meal but the rest would like to stick to Mexican. We were a group of 6 who tried a multiple of items and all were very good. In the 2 visit we had we probably had 3 different types of taco's both... More

Thank you so much for taking the time out to write such a great review. At Rock'N Java we really focus on fresh, housemade food, and we try and provide a wide variety of it. So if you want to order fish tacos and your friend needs to satisfy their burger & fries craving, they're both going to be equally... More

Our hotel was located closeby, so we ate here for a quick breakfast to use the wifi and plan our day. 2eggs with fruit, toast and hashbrowns for 60pesos. The hashbrowns are the frozen squares like at McDonald's, so skip those. The frozen coffee was huge, served in a sundae glass. Would definitely go back for the quick and convenient... More

When you're tired of the usual Mexican food offerings and are hankering for a salad or wrap, this is the place. The large chef's salad is a challenge to finish. Fabulous desserts, too. Prices are reasonable.

The current exchange Rate is 15.2 Peso to a Dollar. They only accepted 10.5 Peso to the dollar. Food was very average. So many other option within a hundred feet from this place.......will not go there again.....

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm very sorry you had a problem with the exchange rate. I'm sure you've seen the news, and know how the peso/dollar rate is in flux right now. I personally encourage my customers to pay in pesos, not dollars, since I can't control the banks rate of exchange. In fact,... More

This was the best burger we have ever had at a restaurant hand's down. Just wish we had room for the amazing dessert selection. We will be going back.

We ate at this restaurant twice while we were in Cozumel, both times for breakfast. The food was very good & the prices are reasonable. The menu offered authentic Mexican food as well as some Canadain/ American fare. The service was good as well.

We have been going to Cozumel each year for the last ten or more years and we always stop off at the Rock 'n Java, on the water just South of the downtown cruise pier terminal. We really love it as a dinner restaurant, great flavorful entree's with some unique Caribbean zest. The blue cheese romaine salad is the best... More

This place was right next door to our apartment in Cozumel, so we couldn't miss it or help but give it a try. I ordered a hamburger with cheese, bacon and mushrooms. I also ordered a margarita which is served in a gigantic glass. You get your money's worth at Rock 'n Java. They even have baked good you can... More

Thank you so much for the excellent review! We really specialize in house-made food, meaning everything from salad dressings to margarita mixes is made here on site. I'll be sure and tell Chef Mario about how much you enjoyed his brownies - he's especially proud of them! More
