Nice lunch

Possibly the best margarita ever, certainly the strongest! The view is stunning here on the unspoiled East Coast of the island, directly on the beach. Great lunch spot. Fills up quickly around noon! Girlfriend is vegetarian and options limited for her. Ceviche was excellent.

Excellent fresh seafood. Very authentic and very local. Go here for a rustic feel and real taste if Cozumel. Service very fast and generous with the drinks. Large portions so bring your appetite. Would have love to stay here longer away from the cruise crowds!

Got the large seafood platter Fresh and delicious. Was enough food for 7 people. The view was breath taking. Was taken to the place for lunch by our tour guide Mr. Gerry of Tour Plaza. The LARGE margarita was AWESOME too!!

I had the pleasure of eating at Playa Bonita twice. Once in 2009 and again in 2012. I enjoyed both times. The food was delicious as well as the drinks in the large pineapples. I especially enjoyed the Red Snapper. it was large enough to feed three people and I ate it all. If I'm ever in the Cozumel area... More

Our group of 10 stopped here for lunch during our private tour day. OK, some folks might be turned off by the "decor", but your there for the view. The drinks were strong, the food portions were huge, but best of all, everyone really liked what they had. I'd make a point to go back there if I'm ever back... More

We got there at the same time as a group from the bar hop bus. They were already drunk and became rowdy. We were put at an ocean front table a bit away from them, but our waiter was waiting on us and one of their tables. It was a bit difficult and a bit lengthy for food to arrive.... More

Guide book indicated it to be a place that locals frequented. This may be the case but when the menus arrived in four or five languages we knew differently. The food was simple but overpriced for what it was. For four of us, two beers each, two orders of guacamole, four orders of fish tacos cost over $100. This and... More

We had hired a driver for the day, and he took us to this spot. It's on the "wild" side of the island. The view was amazing and we took several pictures of us in front of this picturesque view. The food was wonderful and everything we got was amazing.

While driving around the island, we stopped here to wet our whistles!! The drinks were cold and very good. One comment was it was the best pina colada this person had on the island!! We didn't eat but the food smelled amazing. Beautiful view and some nice souvenir shopping out front.
