Ask for Victor! It's family-friendly & off the beaten path of endless people coming off the crew ships! Once won't be enough in a week you'll have to come back again!!! I actually got to see & meet the grouper that I had for dinner this evening! Mom had the knockout coconut shrimp with fresh mango salsa! Sunday were coming... More

We were headed to a different restaurant and our cab driver convinced is that this place was so much better so we gave it a try. Shrimp dishes were really strange and had almost no flavor. People were nice and friendly but prices were high for the ambience and I was really sad that we had a meal that was... More

We went here for dinner on Thursday night (2 for 1 Lion Fish night) and had a fun experience. This place is not easy to find; get good directions if driving, all cab drivers know this place. To start of we had a couple of margaritas, my wife had mango margarita at the waiters(may have been one of the owners)... More

Our family enjoys dining in Cozumel and especially at restaurants off the beaten path where locals would eat. Our hotel front desk recommended La Perlita and so glad we tried it for our last night and dinner in Cozumel. There were 5 of us and we had the sampler platter of fresh seafood grilled to our liking. The restaurant staff... More

We had lunch here at the suggestion of our snorkel guide. The food was really good and our waiter was really friendly. We had the mixed ceviche, grilled octopus and lion fish kebabs. Our favorite was the lion fish kebabs. It was moist and tender. The ceviche was really fragrant and the grilled octopus was nice. I think I would... More

Here for breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood. Were lucky enough to take in a group practicing on the street for the Carnival parade. Breakfast and a show! Had the shrimp empanada and Huevos Motuleños. Both very tasty.

I have never had shark empanadas till now.Delicious OMG this food was so fresh. The fish sticks were mouth watering good The owner suggested the mayan preparation for the grouper, it was amazing. Grilled octopus, chili rellenos stuffed with seafood all delicious and some of the freshest fish we have ever tasted.

A little off the beaten path, but well worth it. There is also a fish market attached to the building, but we were too late to see it, and didn't have a chance to get back there.
