The guacamole was amazing. I've eaten that all my life and I'm 57 yrs. old. This was the best ever. My wife had a dish that had the name of the place it was great. I had something like carne guisada. It was very good. They gave us a bowl of chopped tomato and onions and cilantro. I made a... More

A great place for a quiet night on the plaza. The sopa de lima (lime soup) is wonderful, and the beef burrito was excellent. Just as we experienced at our last visit, the staff is very welcoming and our waiter liked to talk with us and tell about current events on the Island. Prices were reasonable, like most places we... We had just arrived this day. Settled in to our hacienda and had shopped at mega. We decided to go out for a stroll and got waved over. The two for one marguerites, and the pushy, but friendly, waiter enticed us to sit. We each ordered various dishes which we all agreed were delicious. We were serenaded and fussed over.... More

We were walking around tired and got called in here. The 2for 1 margaritas did the job but were not very tasty. The nachos were questionable. The salsas were good but the meat was... questionable. Needs a major facelift.

The Red Snapper Veracruz will get your Mexican food appetite stimulated. This is always my first stop. Prepared is rice, vegetable and a large portion of red snapper Veracruz style, onions, tomatoes and a touch of sauce. The preparation is mild, light and discreetly seasoned. If you want heat, it’s Mexico!

This is a review of their happy hour deal. They were advertising one dollar Coronas like many of the establishments around them (even next door I believe). Anyway, after sitting for a while, we decided that we would move on. We got several beers and all of us also purchased a bottled water. As we were getting our check, the... More

We sort of ended up in the middle of a waiter fight over customers with this restaurant and the one next door. In hind site, we should have just found someplace else. We ordered the Queso Fundito and it came in a nice double boiler type of heater to keep the cheese melted. That was the highlight of the meal.... More

The food is just run-of-the-mill, no different than dozens of other places in Cozumel which are far more interesting. The problem arises when you try to pay your bill. In a sign only in Spanish, tucked away so as to not be obvious, they tell you they don't take credit cards. That would be OK except for the fact that... More

Good food, reasonably priced, great Margaritas and wonderful people watching right on the main square.
