OK so my experience at Guidos was far from fantastic. Granted, the restaurant was almost empty when we first sat down and the patio had filled by the time we put our food order in, but that said the service we received at Guidos was the WORST I've ever had in mexico or the US or anywhere. We were ignored... more

The garden area of Guidos is such a relaxing place to eat. Dinner there is always a special time for my husband and me. We started with a pitcher of Sangria and the garlic bread from the brick oven. All the pasta noodles are homemade and melt in your mouth delicious. I consider myself somewhat of an expert in eating... more

there is still only one italian restaurant that is worth a night out and that is Guidos. We have tried all the others and nothing compares to the quality you get from this fine restaurant. Year after year we go back and have never been dissapointed. more

We first visited Guidos one afternoon over 10 years ago when it was Pizza Rolandi (still have the matchbook!) The menus used to be large wooden boards hauled over to the tables but I haven't seen them since Hurricane Wilma...one remains outside. We were in town and ducked inside to get away from the cruise crowds. The outdoor patio area... more

I, too, began dining at the now Guido's since it was Pizza Rolandi. Atmosphere, service and excellent food. Whether you choose an Italian dish or one of their specials, you'll not be disappointed. Everything is fresh and made on the spot. The garlic bread a must, so light it won't ruin your meal. Homemade sangria, tasty. My favorite menu items,... more

We ate at Guidos twice while on Spring Break. The food is excellent including the garlic bread, pizzas and lasagna. The prices are a bit steep, but worth it for a great Italian dinner. The courtyard in back is just gorgeous and the service is top notch. We highly recommend Guidos. more

This is a cult favorite, hands down. The service is always friendly, warm and professional. The garden is a divine retreat from the main drag. The food... the food! Starting with the garlic-drenched bread, the food here is always heavenly and home made. Fresh pastas and pizza are the staples, but the specials can hold some hidden treasures like carpaccio... more

We always go to Guido's and only have good things to say about it. Great food, greart atmosphere, great service, pretty good value (not cheap, though). 'nuff said. more

The food was very very good. Please note that the exchange rate at Guidos is 12 pesos to one american dollar. The current exchange rate while we were here was 14.5 pesos to the dollar. We paid in pesos! Saved about $139.00 more

We recently spent a week in Cozumel scuba diving and were advised to try Guidos. I must say when we first walked in from the street it did not look like much was going on and the atmosphere looked a little plain. Then we were greeted by a host who walked us to the back of the resturant and through... more
