the food is authentic Italian and the atmosphere is quaint. I love the sangria they make. The pasta and the unique garlic bread are fabulous.

I ate here for the first time in 2012 on the recommendation of a local and enjoyed it so much I decided to give it another try on 15 July 2014 with my daughter. Everything about the experience was awesome and my daughter (15) thought the catch of the day, snapper on a bed of leeks and potatoes, was the... More

I went here with my sister and her four children who are all under 13. The vibe was appropriate for family dining. It seemed to be a pretty laid back place, unlike many of the tourist traps in Cozumel. I recommend sitting in the patio area as the main area had to much incense burning in it and smelled funky.... It may be the very best in Cozumel. The staff are all very friendly and the food is all very good. I usually go with friends and was there with 10 people recently. I was able to taste all the food. Everything was delicious and I would have been happy with any one thing, but was glad to have more... More

If you blink you might walk by one of the best Italian restaurants in Mexico...or the U.S. for that matter. The entrance is right on the main strip in downtown Cozumel, but it doesn't stand out. Once inside and past the front room you will find an open-air dining room set up in the garden square full of trees and... More

If you find yourself in Cozumel and want a really good lunch (and probably dinner as well), get in a cab and go to the far end of town, near the Customs House, away from all the cruise ship traffic, and there you will find Guido's. The food is really good, the courtyard is serene, and the service excellent. And... More

We discovered Guido's about 6 years ago and fell in love with the little gem! We met the owner our first night there which does add a homey touch, but more important, we loved our meal so much we came back to the restaurant two more times that trip. We came the following year as well. Our daughter still talks... More

Excellent place for dinner. We have never had a bad dish here. We ordered the squid ink pasta with seafood and this was the best version we have ever had. Our son of course loved the garlic bread and margarita pizza.

Belated review! My husband and I went with a group in June 2013 but I really have to review this place. Loved the food! I had a chicken pasta dish and my husband had pizza. I ended up stealing a slice or two. Everything was good. Iced tea was decent. Friendly staff and good service. The group sat inside and... More
