A number of friends & myself visit Pancoh's Backyard every time we are in Cozumel. We have been here a least 8 times. We get off the cruise ship and immediately head for Pancho's. The food, service and atmosphere are excellent. This is a do miss restaurant when in Cozumel.

We had the chicken sandwich and the garlic shrimp. The cocktails are great!! Banana daiquiri and the strawberry banana daiquiri was delicious. You are literally in a beautiful back yard that you wish you could have at home. At lunch they had a lovely couple playing a xylophone(?)Water fountains and a overall beautiful and relaxing place.

While shopping in the great Los Cinco Soles stop into Pancho's for a rest and have one of their flavored Margarita's which are huge and very tasty. The melted chees appatizers were great as are their enchiladas.

I must admit that the service was very efficient and the staff overly friendly. However, I found the food to be on the bland side. I ordered some habanero sauce to add to my meal for an extra kick and it was still pretty mild. Totally a touristy place...so it wasn't bad. However, there really wasn't much to get excited... More

All of the Cruises out from Galveston and Pasadena Texas, are always stopped over Cozumel, Mexico. We love to visit different places in Caribbean, that's why we had to end up to see Cozumel Ports in many times... Our stop recently, last week(April 7th,2014) with Caribbean Princess, we decided not to go any far. At lunch time, after we shopped,... More

We wanted to go somewhere outside of the typical Senor Frogs and Carlos and Charlies. I read about this place on Tripadvisor and also saw that it would be walking distance from the pier. You half to walk through a really excellent gift shop to get to the restaurant. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 kids. Lunch... More

We stopped off in Cozumel on our honeymoon cruise with Royal Caribbean. When I ordered a margarita...I had no idea what I was in for. The margarita was huge! It was very good and about two or three sips in I could feel it already. I am not sure what it is called, but the melted cheese appetizer was the... More

Pancho's Backyard is a great place to shop and an even better place to have lunch or dinner. The food is excellent, the atmosphere enjoyable, the margarita's to die for and the shopping earns you "money" towards your next visit.
