Perfect family dinner

Walked into this little gem at the suggestion of our taxi driver when our first two choices were closed for the evening. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, staff and food. Started with flavorful and complimentary tortilla soup. The waiter recommended garlic shrimp amd they were very good. We also... read more

First off I had read this place gives you a free bowl of lime soup.. They didn't give us any, I guess you have to ask for it ( because when we were leaving noticed some ppl had it.) but than again who wants to eat soup in 90 degree weather? I had the Mexican tender loin strips was a... More

Started going here in the 90's! Glad to know it hasn't changed in all these years, except for the location. Garlic Fish was as great as I remembered!!! We ate here twice this trip. Really enjoyed our talks with Carlos...our server now, and back then! Great Food, Great Service, and many GREAT MEMORIES!!! Thank you!!

The Coconut Shrimp is the best on the island! The lobster is awesome too. Been there many times, never had a bad experience.

We come to Cozumel several times each year. This is one restaurant that we must go to each trip. Just got back to our condo from another great meal.

This is the best food in Cozumel at a great price. I have been here many times but my last trip was ten years ago. I had lobster and my friend coconut shrimp, OUTSTANDING! With 3 drinks, soup, salsa and chips under $60. Where in the US at the best restaurant can you get that food for that price, you... More

The food is outstanding, the atmosphere great, however the service was not good. Our waiter was so harried he forgot to place our order so our wait time was incredibly long. I think it was an off night, but they did comp us the appetizers. We will go back for sure. If not for the service on that one particular... More

La Mission is downtown just south of the square. Food is really good and reasonably priced. The rustic ambience is awesome. Feels like you are eating in a rustic outdoor courtyard.

This place is a true must visit if ever in cozumel, we ate there twice on our last trip to the island, it's our new favorite place to eat, no words truly describe the quality of the food and service at such great prices. You have to give the mission shrimp a try, it's awesome for about 20 bucks US.

There was only one nice person there who brought our food! The owner was an old grump who didn't even have enough manners to respond to you when saying "thank you" or any thing else! The servers were the same. No one said anything to us...they acted like they were put out and never refilled our tea! They served us... More
