We traveled with 5 couples and made this our final dinner out in Cozumel. It has beautiful grounds, reminded us Californians of the Cali Missions. The service and food was outstanding. Get the Surf n Turf, it was amazing. They had a quartet Mariachi group who sang to us. it was just a lovely evening. It is a bit out... More

A cab driver recommend la mission to us, he said it was his favorite. I had the best lobster tail ever. It was so good, the next night my wife and I went back for the surf and turf. It was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have dined here many times over the las twenty years and usually have had pretty good food. The last time here, my companion ordered a small filet mignon. When it came to the table it was an unbelievably tough cut of meat. A filet?, I think not. The seasoning was an overpowering pepper and not palatable at all. I... More

Had the lobster and it was delicious. Not the biggest tail but it was enough. We both enjoyed it. This is a covered outdoor cafe between two buildingsand it gets quite warm in there, as there is no breeze. it was in the 90's the day we went and it was still bearable, so it should be fine most of... I have been going to La Mission since the mid 90's. I've probably been there ~30 times. The last few times I have gone I have taken friends/family because I loved it so much, but I was truly disappointed. Once, lobster was cold (which was one of my favorites), slow service and this latest visit this past July 30th, one... More

We had several guests recommend this restuarant and it was delicious. The service was great. They also had several fans that provided a nice breeze and you weren't sweating during dinner.
