We always begin and end our vacation in Cozumel with dinner at our favorite restaurant La Cocay. We've been coming here for years and we have never been disappointed. The food and wait staff were wonderful. The octopus appetizer was spectacular; it is so easy to overcook octopus but this was cooked to perfection and very nicely spiced. They are... More

The best restaurant in Cozumel. Incredible food, great presentation as well as taste. They do magic out of the kitchen and wood oven, not to mention their great deserts. Service is friendly and fast. Nice atmosphere for every occasion. A must when in Cozumel.

There were some repetitive items in the buffet, but most were good. The food served from the centre "station" was awesome--made-to-order omelets at breakfast and pasta at lunch. They served seafood from there the one night and it was good too.

This is one of the fantastic hidden treasures of Cozumel. We where looking for a nice place to have a bottle of good wine and a really good steak. This place really delivered. The food was amazing, perfectly cooked steak, and the dessert was fantastic. The owner came by our table for a chat, and the atmosphere of the place... More

Ate here twice on our recent visit and include each time we visit. Steak (filet) were delicious and the tapas (combo of calamari, empanaditas with goat cheese and beef pinchos) a really nice starter. But the dessert was over the top - must try the chocolate tort topped with ice cream. Don't forget to order early so it will be... More

Be adventuresome and get off the beaten path. There are many "tourist" type restaurants along the water in Cozumel, but a few blocks from the water lie a few great choices for outdoor romantic dining. The food at La Cocay was superb and the service was excellent. We highly recommend it.

We had bookmarked this place during research but met and talked with some frequent visitors to the island at the beach at Palancar and they said it was their favorite restaurant in Cozumel. That was enough for me to call for a reservation and visit for dinner. It was Valentine's Day and they served wonderful freshly prepared focaccia in the... More

Still the best restaurant in CZM. Our family comes to Cozumel twice a year. Each time we make a point of eating here MANY times. Drinks are great. People are friendly and remember you. Everything on the menu is wonderful and restaurant is lovely. Presentation and food is out of this world. Family favorites: Goat cheese empanaditas, spaghetti bolognese, Chicken... More

Four of us came back to this favorite of ours. This was my third time here and I was not disappointed again. Steaks were awesome and great wine also. Pricy for Cozumel but well worth it.
