Perfection. I like it much more than their new on on the tourist strip! The "catch if the day" fish is always wonderful. Billie

Although we were staying in an all-inclusive resort, we wanted to get out one evening for a nice dinner. This was the place! The restaurant was beautiful, romantic and relaxing. We started with a nice reserved sipping tequila and a couple of glasses of wine. For dinner I had an amazing lobster while my boyfriend tried the authentic chicken mole.... More

A great restaurant with special dining in the garden. We always order the shish ka bobs, which come flaming. Also, the flaming coffee is great.

I brought my wife here recently and we had one of the best meals we've ever had in Cancun. We took the bus to downtown and walked from Mercado 28 to the restaurant. I could see my wife's expectations diminishing as, others have noted, the neighborhood may seem a little sketchy if you've spent your entire vacation on the resorts.... More

Their specialty is the Lobster any style and the Habichuelas soup but everything there is delicious. Gourmet food. Excellent service. The best service all around Cancun for the tourist.

Real Cancun & Mayan food. Always seems like a sketchy neighborhood but a beautiful wood interior and romantic courtyard and a guard outside. Tableside Caesar Salad (which I don't usually like but I love it here!) and Bananas Foster are special treats. Their lobster & shrimp combo served in a sweet sauce inside a coconut, called Cocobituala, they have served... More

This restaurant is out-of-this-world for wonderful seafood dishes, excellent service and ambience. Our outside patio table under a tree lit with white lights was very lovely. The Caesar salad, made tableside, was the BEST. Their signature dish - cocobichuela - was soooo delicious! It consisted of lobster and shrimp curry and served in a coconut shell. Yummy! The prices are... More

Excellent for seafood dishes as well as beef preparations. Mexican dishes available as well as delicious grilled fish with garlic sauce and many other recipes. Several unique and delicious soups and salads for starters. We have never been disappointed and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is delightfully like a wonderland with a beautifully lit garden. Don't miss it... More

We found Habichuela when walking the hotel zone strip last week. From the outside you can't really tell how lovely it is on the inside. We chose to sit outside beneath a tree lit up with white lights. The staff were so attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious. My friend thought the tuna tartare was simpy amazing. Towards the...
