Great meals, especially empanadas, good wine and nice helpful staff. Meat was awesome, we had only one problem : we went there hungry and didn't know their meals would be so huge=) Highly recommended for quiet romantic dinners or eating in a small company of friends.

We went to Cambalache off of the recommendation of our dive instructor (was tired of getting bad recommendations from cabbies and concierges who were paid to send tourists places) and found it to be the best meal experience that we had the entire trip. Waiters were extremely attentive but not overbearing. Food was great and came in portions big enough... More

They say that a truly great tasting steak does not need accompanying sauces and boy this restaurant sure knows their steaks... Price was very reasonable as well. Dinner for 2 (including drinks, appetizer, entree for 2, and dessert) came out to $110USD ... Cannot go wrong with that! Servers were very attentive and catered to your every need. Def will... More

I take trip advisors's reviews very seriously and I must say that I have been very disappointed with Cambalache's food. The short ribs was a huge disappointment and we were made to believe that the sides were part of the meal, but we paid for it int he end. I cannot recommend for the price sorry.

Clean, friendly, and everything is to die for. Highly recommend all you salad heads try the cesar salad, made to order table side. Most meat portions are for two people so it's actually a bargain. The staff is empecable and they are very informed on their dishes. I have been eating there since they opened over 10-15 yrs ago. We... More

We passed this restaurant on a rainy day and even though we were all inclusive at our hotel we still wanted to eat out at least once. This restaurant was probably the best choice that we could have made! The service and the food was fantastic! It isn't cheap (same cost as a UK steak restaurant) but its well worth... More

We were a party of 7, and I don't think we would have been able to eat there without reservations, it was that busy. And once we sat, we knew why. Excellent food-that comes with a price. Be prepared to pay for that delicious mouthful of beef! Portions were huge-order accordingly. Share all sides, including salad, with 2-4 others. We... More

The place is AMAZING. The service was top notch and the food is the main reason I'm not a vegetarian. I went with my fiance and we dropped a little over one-fifty for a bottle of wine two entrees desert and two apps. SO WORTH IT. The sirloin melted in my mouth. The place has a great Argentinian wine list... More

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant because we are both big steak lovers and we went to an Argentinian restaurant in Puerto Rico that was amazing. Once again, we were not disappointed! This place was beautiful, the service was excellent and the churrasco was so delicious! They have an option were you can share so we opted for... More
