Mexican experience

Loved the setting, quaint and flavorful Mexican hacienda. All i can tell you is that i braved and ordered a cactus salad....and i liked it very much! Reasonable prices too, i wish i could go back tomorrow

Great food, with massive margarita and indoor water fountain. Amazing duck enchiladas. Nice mariachi band, very talented

We were here with a group and it is real fun, with live mariachi music. We were a bit disappointed about the appetizers; these were quite "common". The main courses were great, as well as the cocktails. This restaurant is a nice place to "taste" the Mexican atmosphere.

We stayed at the Krystal Cancun and this restaurant was included in the all-inclusive package. We had so much fun with the adults only dinner night that we brought the kids with us on our final night of the vacation. There was a torrential downpour that caused a temporary power outage, but the waiters were quick to provide illuminaries and... More

We came for dinner and had great service, the Mariachi band was entertaining and the food was pretty good. We were a little disappointed we didn't get the special that night , was a all meat grill for 2( could feed 3), as our portions were pretty small on the individual plates. The margaritas were delicious and very large on... More

We chose this restaurant based upon the recommendation of our hotel driver. The hostess was friendly and we were quickly seated at a nice table in a nicely decorated dining room. The mariachi band was also enjoyable, but unfortunately the food and service went down from there. After we were seated, a large tour group arrived and thankfully we had... More

The restaurant is near the heart of the entertainment district so it is convenient to those staying in the hotel zone. Although more authentic Mexican than others nearby, I was still disappointed in having expected a true hacienda experience. The interior is cavernous and commercial although nicely decorated with a central fountain. The mariachis were almost too much of a... More

The restaurant is located in the center of all in Cancun and is inside of a Spanish style mission and beautifully decorated. You are quickly seated although a reservation is recommended. The menu is supposedly Mexican but is more on the continental fine dining style than really Mexican. Service is excellent although a bit overbearing. The soups are good but... More

We ate here several times during the week we were in Cancun. The ambiance was great with a beautiful fountain in the middle of the restaurant and a mariachi band that roams throughout, table to table. Food was good with several choices including beef, pork and seafood. Gigantic drinks that required a straw rather than lifting the too-big-glass. Authentic Mexican... More

The food was good enough, not terrific but good. The service was good. The queso flameado was good. the botana platter was large and good as were the homemade tortilla chips, guacamole was fresh and the pina coladas were good too. I had the shrimp and they were not good.
