went here a few months ago while staying a local time share. its very nice inside, like an old Spanish hacienda. kind of loud with the mariachis, but fun. good steak and I had a huitlacoche beggars purse which was very nice. I would recommended instead of all the Americanized places in this area.

The band is loud and annoying; it was impossible for is to talk to each other most of time during the meal. The server was stuck up. Instead of putting towels on their arms, the owners should teach them to smile and be courteous. They cheat on drink sizes (Bloody Mary was less than the promised 650 ml, 500 at... More

Do not go, almost fell for this tourist trap. If you're going to eat Mexican food please go eat local Mexican. Try market 23, very local, 10 to 50 pesos a person.

We went last night after reading some great reviews and we're not disappointed. The mixed grill was amazing and the cocktails. Best of all the music played by 5 guys, the best meal we have had so far on our holiday in Mexico.

We walked here from our hotel, and it was pretty good. Mariachis played during the meal, and the interior space was nicely decorated. The menu was a nice variation from the hotel restaurants, and pretty good. Service was a bit slower/scattered, though.

We come hear every year. Food is good but not gourmet. Love that the tortillas are hand made right there. We get the mixed grill (served on a bbq on your table ) that is good. Margaritas are really good as well. BEST part is the strolling Marriachi band-- we come hear every year and they are great-- best part... More

This place was recommended by the concierge at our hotel. We made a reservation, but walked in to a half-empty restaurant. The service was attentive and fantastic. The menu was varied and quite reasonably priced. The wine list also had a number of affordable options. The only thing this place lacks is outside seating. I'd definitely go back if I... More

Very good food and service. Lovely ambience and food presentation. The crepes with squash blossoms and huitlacoche were delicious but the portion was so large that I couldn't finish the rest of my meal. The trumpet player in the mariachi group endeared himself to me by standing slightly away from the other musicians so that the diners weren't deafened. Bring... More
