Great meal

This is a great restaurant with a great mariachi band. The food, service and the drinks were excellent and plentiful. This was one of the best meals we had in Cancun and we would recommend it and return.

Yes, I realize that I too am a tourist but we all know how the more "touristy" areas of a city can be when it comes to quality of food and I'm happy to report that this place was pretty good. The guacamole was amazing, the margaritas were large and boozey, but not overly so. It's relatively authentic and definitely... More

The Mariachi band and singers were excellent and the specialty coffee was a show to behold. Worth every peso! Oh and the food was superb from salads and the fish casserole to the desserts and atmosphere.

Well, it serves mexican food, has live music and the setting is quite good - what could be better? The music from the mariachi band was fine ( though too loud) and they more or less insist on playing at your table - for a fee! The food however was to say the least disappointing. A sharing Mexican platter of... More

Food was excellent and the margaritas were the originals not too sweet. Service was prompt and friendly and prices better than expected.

Not my worst experience, not my best. Was happy to get a different food than my all inclusive hotel, but was hoping for more. I had the chicken fajitas....and I've had MUCH better in the US. Price was fair. Atmosphere was loud and the mariachi band was annoying (but they were good).

This is a restaurant that has been around, basically unchanged, for years. It is designed for tourists and family groups. The servers all have years of experience and seem to handle everything without any problems. The margaritas are big--be warned. The restaurant features strolling mariachis who move from table to table. They will perform requests and pose for pictures. Yes,... More

This came up first on Trip Advisor with the highest reviews. The best advice I can give to US citizens and visitors for that matter: save your money and go to Panama City Florida. Same feel. Same food. Less travel. Less hassle.

We did not expect that we were going to eat the best meal of our trip at this restaurant. The four of us ordered different plates and they were all great. The salsas were terrific, the service (from Rumaldo) was excellent, the Marachis were very good and entertaining. The place itself was old traditional Mexican décor. According to Rumaldo there...
