They even have have a range of chocolate body care products - you have to try the chocolate shampoo! And if you're concerned about your health, check out the cacao products with no added sweeteners. These give you all of the health benefits of cacao (antioxidants that fight aging, blood pressure reduction, increased mental acuity, etc.) without any sugar or artificial sweeteners. If you are a chocoholic like I am, then this store is for you! I only had one item, but it was the rich, velvety chocolate mousse. And it was so good we went back multiple times during our week in Cancun! This place is located in La Isla Shopping Center and offers desserts, chocolate bars, drinks (coffee, hot chocolate,... More

This place is great! The espresso is so much better than Starbucks and the personal service is amazing. This is our 3rd time to Cancun and we stay at the Westin Lagunamar across the street. Our morning walk consists of a walk on the beach then off to Ah Cacao for a great coffee. Great way to start your day.... More

We went specifcally to see this place after hour snorkeling adventure. Having said that I didn't realize it's just a local version of starbucks within the upscale shopping mall. Having said that they do have mexican and mayan variations of hot chocolate which I found pretty decent - 5 stars for that. 3 stars for no authenticity in the location... More

Stopped in to grab some chocolate to bring back home to the US; they offered samples and we enjoyed the chocolate very much that we decided to purchase all of our gifts here. Prices were reasonable compared to other store's chocolates.

If you like chocolate be sure to come here. My husband and I went to Ah Cacao twice this winter. We enjoyed it very much. If you want something exotic, try the spicey chocolate ice cream, it is delicious. The plain chocolate ice cream is great too. Mexican chocolate is exquisite & you should not miss tasting it. There are... More

After reading some of their reviews we decided to stop by. Look forward to trying the brownie, unfortunately it was not the best brownie I had ever had like so many of the other guest had commented on.

We popped in here for a quick coffee, wanting to try something a bit more local than the big chain nearby. The mocha was really good -- not too sweet. There's also a small selection of chocolate body products, like shagmpoo and cream. For a special touch, ask them decorate your cappuccino or latte with a lion (in the foam)!

I was told this place was the go to place for vanilla and chocolate...it did not disappoint! The shop is small and can get very crowded at times. The menu is delicious, the chocolates are divine! Be sure to pick up an extra box of chocolates for later in the evening, when you are still thinking about the ones you... More

This is a small cafe in the La Isla Shopping center, but there are outlets throughout the area. They specialize in chocolates and coffee, and they have several types of chocolates that although a little pricey, make nice gifts if you need for people back home. The thing that brings me back is the "Chocolate Maya". It is a delicious... More
