I was very disappointed with this restaurant considering the great reviews I had read on it. I found their menu to be very limited. The food was ok but too expensive and not much choice for my taste.

Excelent place to have dinner outside off the turist restaurants. I had one of the best smoke salmon in my life. The chef (owner) take care of you all the time. Defently I will go back next vacation.

Amazing food, great service! Make a reservation as soon as you get to town, as they only have 8 tables.

My wife and I found Peter's last year thru TripAdvisor. We had an excellent meal (hog fish) and great fun at a reasonable price. So... we returned to Peter's this year and it was just as great as we remembered it. Peter greeted us and made us feel at home. I once again had the (hog fish) and we had... More

We have enjoyed several days in an all-inclusive resort this week and have been hesitant to leave the resort property. As an avid Trip Advisor user, I took a flyer on Peter's as a top ten restaurant, even though it was "out of the hotel zone". To start, the mushroom ravioli was terrific, and we made sure the left over... More

Peter's is not a restaurant you will just stumble across while you're walking through Cancun, but it was definitely worth seeking out. Found it on trip advisor. Peter greeted us at the door, served us a glass of wine, and sat us our table once we were ready to eat. He's also the chef. This is a family run business.... More

My husband found this restaurant online so we decided to try it. It was not a disappointment. It is a small quaint restaurant near the Cancun Hotel Zone and the food is awesome. The mushroom ravioli was amazing, so says my husband! And my son loved the BBQ Tamarind Pork Ribs, excellent flavour. I had a salmon appetizer that was... More

As always, greeted by the chef, Peter and his wife, Claudia. This is a small, about 30 seat quaint restaurant that is very welcoming. Better have a reservation, service is not rushed, and it may be full. The Mexican dishes are prepared with only the freshest homemade ingredients and always very flavorful. Peter comes out and discusses what you will... More

Dear bph19, Thank you for your review ! it was nice being able to serve you and live up to your expectations. However there is one comment I have to make concerning your review; You mention you had Bassa Fish as an entree !! Well this is impossible @ Peter's as we will NEVER use that kind of fish for... Peter's is a restaurant that handles both produces and customers with care. Our first impression was that the place has much better ambiance than the pictures show, really romantic and intimate with white tablecloths and candles. Service is attentive and personal without invading your privacy. We had the chicken soup/mushroom ravioli for starters, brisket/rib eye for mains and pear with... More

We own a timeshare in Cancun and have been multiple times here over the last few years. The owner was recommended highly by his former colleagues at the Royal resorts ! It did not disappoint. The food was decadent . My husband loves their hogfish . We routinely dine out and frequent Michelin three star places like Joel Roubuchon and... More
