I hate this hustle bustle busy area of Cancun and this place is in the midst of the coco bongo mess but it is at least cheap, friendly and has reasonable authentic food. My guess is most ppl rate it bad because it's 'mexican' food... dried up Corn tortillas, mediocre chicken, etc. not american food. I've eaten in some dives,... More

We really enjoyed the Taco Factory! The Tacos were excellent, and the service was timely and professional. Great place to people watch as well!

Just okay tacos for us! Tacos camienro across the street is much better tacos and service. I would skip this place on your trip. Service wasn't the best either

Not much to say, the tacos were awesome. Eat here and not the one across the street (we tried both). The only bad thing is the two taco places blare music at each other trying to get business though it only turns people away.

Taco Factory in Cancun was a fun experience, Right in the heart of the Party Center of Cancun...You get to enjoy great beers and food while you watch tourist walk by.. which can quickly become very entertaining! Service was incredibly quick.. Had drinks, food and check paid within no more then 15-20 minutes.. which was nice and gave us the... More

we stopped here one evening while visiting the markets. It was ok. They provided a sampler salsa platter immediately after we were seated. I had the steak torta, which was ok, but seemed to have too much of some kind of cheese, my daughter had the chicken quesedilla, which was good. We each had a margarita, but I'm not sure... More

The food is just terrible and SO EXPENSIVE. It's right in the middle of the strip, so you'll be hounded by every vendor within eyesight. The food is awful, the margaritas are terrible (also overpriced). Basically the only reason you should go is to use their restroom.

This is in one of the main calle (Streets) where there are a lot of mexican food restaurants. There are tons of clubs around it which makes it just how cancun is supposed to be. Surprised to see couple of people had a negative reviews as we had a great time here with the food. One thing that you have... More

A friend told us we must try this place out. We went in for lunch & it turned out to be a top meal in Cancun. I see a few negative reviews. I agree that the "alley" it's located in is not desirable but just tell people no & keep walking. Get past that & enjoy the food. I see... More
