La Habichuela Sunset Surpasses your expectations. Welcome: A unforgettable sunset awaits you. They say its a museum turned into a restaurant. Aside from its bold and modern arquitechture, the ambiance is based on the mayan culture with the intent of giving our customers a unique experience surrounded by masks of ancient kings, a 9 meter mayan column from floor to ceiling and a 30 meter hand carved kukulkan wooden snake. Our open garden area next to the lagoon allows you to dine with the stars and the moon. Another winning restaurant in Cancun. Shrimp cooked to perfection, exquisite lobster bisque, and lobster tails. The seafood parade was excellent. Great atmosphere and kind servers.

Everything was amazing until our meals showed up cold. They jumped right on it but they came back the same way. Again the servers were all over it and we finally had some great food. Sit outside for the Mayan show.

Our visit to La Habichuela was a wonderful experience on many levels. The service our waiter Armando provided was second to none, simply outstanding. The menu had so many great choices that it came down to a coin toss for me on what I was going to have. I ended up choosing the Seafood Empaxonostle which was delicious. From a... More

beautiful views of the sunset and nice fire show. We expected the food to be different, but the service was top notch and the people were all really nice. It was a good experience overall, although a bit pricey.

We went at sunset for the views and sat on the patio. There is a hedge around the patio which blocks the sunset view from much of it. You have to get up to see it or take pictures. The patio is so nice that you really don't mind, and is really pretty at night when it is lit. Inside... More

We were looking for a place to eat Mexican for lunch. This place was a pleasant surprise for us. More Mayan prepared but even better! The Grouper special was prepared perfectly!

We went here for my birthday, wanting something a little fancier. I was worried about getting too much food so I split a surf and turf with my husband and my kids got full orders, a fish dish and a chicken dish I believe. We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 each and the kids got limonada and we all got... More

I was there on Friday night with friends who had never been to Cancun. We wanted a nice dinner, and a show. I thought this place would be perfect. We let them take our picture, it turned out very nice. My friend wanted to buy it and the frame. They said it would be 350 pesos. She used her card.... More
