No baked beens and rice here.

Hungry, thirsty and tired from a long day in Chichen Itza, my wife and I needed belly filling food. Right across the street from our hotel, we saw this Brazilian hotel at the end of zona hotelera. Not willing to walk far, and very curious, we crossed the street into Rio. We sat, heard the low... read more

This place has been closed for a year. It is not open. You can't get any food or service here. I'm trying to say this in fifty words so someone will see that it is no longer there. It is available for rent,

It's gone, long time ago I think because the owner sold it to some people who doesn't care anything about it. Terrible food, service and sky high prices killed this one which once was an excellent Brazilian steak (Rodizio) house.

this was our first experience of eating in this style, you are given a card with a red and green sides when you have eaten one course turn the card red side up until you are ready for your next course then display the green side and the waiters know you are ready for your next course, very nice

If you are a meat fan, this is the place to go while you are in Cancun. Very good service and delicious meats served with special Brazilian cuts.

A large group of us went here, they took us in, it was hot,a/c wasn't working well. They did not have any fresh salad on the salad bar, we should have left then, they started bringing the meats, they were old and dry, the only one edible was the chicken. When it came time to pay they would not run... More

Went there with my wife and kids as they advertise as Steak and Fish. The place was empty, bad sign, and remained empty. The salad bar was very poor, lacking some essentials. No Fish dishes. The beef is good, brazilian style. They have a poor wine selection. Desserts are not included in the buffet! Definitly a no go!

my wife and daughter ate at Rio Churrascaría last night. it was awful. it seems as though the meats are salted and dye is added. absolutely no taste. if you like salt (msg and red dye) then this is your place. wine list was extensive but they only housed 4 reds...like a lot of things in cancun this place is... I was so excited for this restaurant. I knew it was going to be expensive (395 pesos a person) but wanted to try it out. The first course was great - fresh shrimp, cerviche, sushi, rice, salad and a lot of other stuff I didn't even get to. The best food there in my opinion was the fried banana. Then... More
