My wife and I ventured a few km north of our resort in order to find some good food and drinks for way less than the hotel zone hot spots. I saw the sign and remembered the reviews on TA and that's when Felipe approached us and tried to lure us in. After introducing himself I remember all the good... More

This little spot is one our favorites. Skirt steak is our usual and it never disappoints. Everything hand made. Difficult to find though. Go to the hotel zone convention center. Walk toward the Riu hotel, through a mostly empty shopping area. There is a spa next door. Cabs are plentiful but they don't seem to know this sidewalk treasure.

This was recommended by a local as the best place to have a margarita. They were really great and so was the food. Nice little joint to hang out at; we went back just to see Felipe. Had a great time and won't miss a chance to go back anytime we're in Cancun. Great place to make new friends

They give a very creative twist to traditional Mexican Dishes. Be aware they do not accept credit cards.

If you are in Cancun and you don't come to see Felipe at least once, you are missing out. My parents have eaten here for many years, so we had to meet the famous Felipe. He made us feel like family. The food is great and the atmosphere is even better. The sea bass dish I had was some of... More

Ordered the fish of the day, which was served with some tasty rice and a lot of lime. Also ordered enchiladas, which did not taste that good. Good value for money though!

Loved the seafood salad, the fish tacos and Felipe! Just a small place in the shadow of the convention center but we will definitely be back.

Wonderful people, excellent food, and a nice place as well. The food far exceeds the resort we are at. For that matter, price and service fer exceed the resort we are at. I might come back for lunch again tomorrow. Possibly the next day too. They won't let me post this unless I write one hundred words. I really liked... More

We took the reviews from the Trip Advisor community and figured we would try it out. We searched and searched and searched for it and finally found it. If location was something you could grade on, it would get a -1 rating. Enough about that The restaurant seems to offer a lot of seafood options, but I was seafood-ed out... More
