Great place to go outside of your resort. Service is great and the food is fantastic. The portions are very generous so go hungry!

Service was very slow and they weren't even busy. Chips were stale and when we told the manager he didn't believe us until he pulled one out and ate it. Then he said sorry and brought us some fresh ones. We only drank water because we had been walking all day and it took forever to get a refill.

Great ambiance and totally fun but the service needs some slight improvement. we went there for lunch and there were only like 3 or 4 other tables and we waited a long time for drinks and server forgot dressings for salads and forgot request for another drink.Love the place but for the prices you pay the service needs to carry... Our family really enjoys the action at Carlos and Charlies. The food is decent, but the atomosphere is fun. Don't expect to have a lot of conversation, as there is a lot going on.

If you want a little fun this is the place the friends we were with had a birthday coming up and we told our waiter and he took care of the birthday boy at the end of the meal---ribs were excellent and the balloon man was awesome.
