We just got back from eating there and I was very disappointed. Yes the restaurant is pretty and the surrounding are lovely but the food was bland and tasteless. My husband did like his dish but mine was not good at all and I ordered the Pad Thai. When we first sat down we were completely ignored until I told... More

this is a Cancun sleeper. It's immediately in front of the Marriott Casamagna. Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, in a gorgeous outdoor setting (aside from the parking lot it sits on)! Reasonably priced and everything I tried was really good. Ate there 3 times! I still dream of the seafood curry! I'll definitely be back my... More

Nice design and setting of the space, pretty good service and food, the sampling plate is so good, and the tuna and seafood soup well made, asahi beer good taste, however, plenty of cockroaches in the floor coming from the garden, and supervisor just give us free dessert after we told him the insect parade we were watching. Bad!

This restaurant is part of the Casa Magna Marriott and shares a kitchen with the Japanese establishment next door. This is an arrangement that works week for both. The Thai restaurant is a series of thatched roofed areas so you are essentially outdoors. We had for an appetizer, the lobster "purses", which we enjoyed. They also brought a cucumber appetizer... Great restaurant at the Marriott Casa Magna, outdoor dining under thatched huts. Good Thai food with refreshing tropical breeze when in Cancun. Good Service and atmosphere...don't miss this one.

A beautiful restaurant in a lovely setting! The hostess was warm and inviting and our waitress was wonderfully attentive. She gave great advice as we chose our dinners. Both of our meals were fantastic as well as beautifully presented. We both agreed it was by far the best Thai food we've ever had!

The Sasi Thai restaurant had an Indian food festival going on at the time of our visit, ordered some kheer, however, it was nothing more than sweetened rice, nothing like the original Indian kheer! Don't hold it against them, though, as their version tasted good too! The Thai food is awesome, loved it! We visited it twice during our 4... More

We felt like Thai food last night. Sasi Thai is located at our hotel, so it seemed like our natural and easy choice. We are very familiar with Thai food, both in its original form (from our travel in Thailand) as well as Thai restaurants both upscale and strip mall type around Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Sasi Thai is... More

My husband and I make a point of having dinner here every year since we first found it a few years ago, The ambience of this restaurant and huge bar under a palapa at the front of the Marriott hotel is very romantic for couples, but also appropriate for a group or business dinner. This year we brought friends who... More
