Good food, very small portions

We went to this restaurant because of the reviews in TripAdvisor. The place is nice and the service was good and friendly. They have valet parking. Use to Indian restaurants we just asked for the main plate, basmati rice and garlic naan. The first thing to come was a tamarind and a parsley... read more

We were really hungry when we arrived and so we started with Mango Lassis, some samosas, and onion bajis until we ordered our regular meal. The starters were amazing, especially the onion bajis. We could tell the rest of the food was going to be amazing, but the lamb korma and the palak paneer was mind-blowing. We also loved the... More

After having tried different Mexican cuisines for the past 2 weeks in Mexico, we finally ended up here in Cancun for a dinner. Food is good and we also got served fast. But I'm still wondering why the restaurant was empty even at 9.30 pm, the usual Mexican dinner time. But the service is little cold (Lucy must be trained... More

I have been to Cancun during 2015 Christmas vacation for 8 days. On those 8 days we visited 5 times to these hotel. We get a typical Indian taste which you won't find in other Mexico Indian restaurants. Being in Monterrey for more than 6 months and almost have no chance to taste Indian dishes this is the best indian... More

This was our first visit to the Taste Of India and we were not disappointed. Situated about 20 minutes from the main hotel area of Cancun (a bus ride away, ask the bus driver to drop you off near the Aztec TV studios and the restaurant is just across the roundabout) the restaurant is basic but very clean and well... Its worth making the trip. Away from hotel zone, but a spacious nice restaurant. Waitress was a bit cold but the Vegetarian food was good, so who cares! Lack of co-ordination made them bring the breads after the main course, I would go there if I have a craving before leaving Cancun.

it was the only restaurant open late on Christmas eve, so we had no other choice, It is almost east Indian food but not exactly. it lacks the richness and sharp flavours that characterizes it. Salads are just cut vegetables and no the best combination. The nam was disappointing as the samosas. The different dishes that we tried all lack... More

Really authentic Indian food in Cancun. For me the tandoori chicken is the highlight of the menu, the Marsala sauces come in second but all is good.been here many times and never been disappointed.

Living on Isla Mujeres, we crave Indian food. Taste of India curbs those cravings but makes us want it even more. The lunch buffet is a great way to try a variety of dishes. The mushroom entrée is now a favorite when we go for dinner. Naan is made fresh to order and is always such a treat. Just thinking... More

I was in Cancun last week and visited this restaurant for a dinner. I have to say that this place is very close to authentic Indian food unlike other places where you just get to taste the masala for the sake of it. Not so expensive menus prices are reasonable, Try their tandoori items, and oven fresh breads. Cheers!!!
