elegant restaurant with a lot of upscale Mexican food. They add mariachi bands, folk dancers. It's a lot of fun! Great friendly staff but I think their food could use improvements.

We went to this restaurant because we had read they had salsa dancers. Not so. The restaurant was lovely, but we all agreed that our food was just okay. It is convenient, but there are better places to go. It isn't bad, so if you just want the nice atmosphere it is good.

Not much too say except...go see for yourself! Excellent fajitas, the gucamole dip is made right in front of you and puts to shame every other dip you've ever had. Even their salsa dip was amazing. Great food, great service, yummy guacomole made tableside. Very laid back atmosphere and attentive waiters. On Royal Sands property which was very convinient.

The food was better than average but less than outstanding. We ended up here on evenings we couldn't get a reservation elsewhere.The staff was very friendly. One night was strange because the server asked for a cash tip - I try to do that anyway to make sure servers are appropriately compensated but it was strange to be asked.

While I've visited Cancun several times, this was our first time dining at Hacienda Sisal. During our week stay we had dinner there twice. Both times the guacamole prepared tableside was excellent.
