Haciends Hacienda Sisal has a lovely decor and friendly service but over the years, has gone done. The portions are smaller and we always have to ask for extra peppers & onions when we order the Fajitas. (Very stingy) I asked for an extra tortilla and they said they had to charge me for it ????? We won't go back..the... More

Friendly welcome followed by fresh and tasty food. Guacamole made at table highlight to watch and eat. Service was very polished and a nice venue too. Finally compared to other Cancun restaurants affordable!

We decided to try the Sunday Brunch at Hacienda Sisal, and it was a surprisingly good experience. Firstly, it was almost all locals there, which was unexpected. The cuisine was also much more local and authentic than we anticipated - not just standard tacos and enchiladas. And the price was pretty reasonable for the hotel zone, about US$15 for the... More

Mexican food that was just average. Many other options that taste better. Had fajitas, I have had better in the US. Very few people there. Just all around boring.

First off, we are not a member of the Royal Resorts and didn't get an all inclusive package when we went to this location. That being said, this was a great restaurant that we stopped into 1 night. They will ask if you have a reservation, we didn't, but they had room for us since we went early. At times... More

I have been here in my last three trips to Cancun and this restaurant is about to become my must do stop in Cancun since the service and quality of the food is just excelent. I reccommend this if what you want is a real mexican taste in a gourmet meal. Do not forget the double size margaritas!

We had eaten here many times and been pleased but I was so disappointed in the food that we were served. Supposedly it was to be a stuffed grouper but when presented it was a flat piece of fish that tasted dried and off. I ate two bites and didn't finish my plate. I confirmed with our server that it... Beautiful establishment and authentic cuisine. High quality and servers were very attentive and engaging. We went here for dinner twice, it was excellent. From shrimp scampi to homemade quacamole table side and I enjoyed the NY. Strip steak, yum! Martinis for me and it was all included in all inclusive with royal resorts. Amazing!

The food was good but not as good as the prices were high. It's a nice restaurant, but is oriented towards those lots of cash to spend.
