For many years we have come to Cancun twice a year. With so much change elsewhere we can always count on the consistency of Locanda Paolo's service, food and dining experience. The charming host and owner, Paolo Ceravolo, and his innovative chef, Rafael Laurents, along with a top notch staff make this our go-to restaurant several times during our stay... More

We have been going to Lacondo Paola's for several years now and it never gets old. The food is always delicious! Not just a pasta place...best salmon ever!!! Sevice is always top notch! We are never disappointed! Sorry we missed seeing Paola but we look forward to January!

The Antipasto Buffet is nicely set in a round table with a lot of salads, assorted cheese and cold cuts. My wife and I went for early dinner after a movie, and we were very happy with the pasta as appetizer follow by Chicken with coffee sauce and veal medallions in wine sauce. The chic of wine was a Mexican... More

I have visited many good Italian restaurants in Cancun, but my visit to this "Italian" restaurant was by far my worst experience. It was expensive, the service inexistent, and the quality of the food was also very bad. I complained to the owner, but he was a very nasty and arrogant person. By all means, avoid this place!!!!!!

two years ago, my family went here and absolutely loved it. My sister and her family ate here twice in two weeks. It cost us $100.00 round trip to get to this restaurant(14 of us) My mushroom ravioli dinner was fantastic. Others in my party thought the food was only ok this time. The service is wonderful. I might try... More

Paolo's is a favorite with the locals as well as visitors. Paolo is from Italy and his food is wonderful. In addition to his large menu, there is always a number of specials. Some of my favorites are the 4-cheese risotto, the seafood lasagna (you might need to call ahead about the lasagna, since he varies the types he makes... More

This a small restaurant in the downtown area of cancun that can be reached by bus from the hotel zone of cancun ( about 15 min) Paulo is usually there and most times we see " local" residents eating there. Food is quite good. The pasta dishes are very good and the wine selection had reasonable prices. It is not... More

We dined with Paulo on the last night of our trip and were very happy with our selection. It's a little difficult to spot from the cab, with a modest store front and a sign that was both small and hard to read from afar. The staff was friendly and courteous, with the owner himself assisting in the taking of... More

Took ten people the first night and it was great, the owner/chef came out to our table and really was a treat talking to him. Food and service was excellent. It was so good we took 26 the next night and was great experience. True italian restaurant with a seafood twist. Would highly recommend it.
