Description: A resort town basically carved out of pure jungle, Cancun was nothing but birds and iguanas as recently as 1974, when development began. Set upon the Yucatán Peninsula, the city is thronged by famous ruins: centuries-old pyramids, temples of the ancient Mayans, travelers who didn't get to the Hard Rock Cafe in time. Just kidding! But you will be sorry if you miss us. Nightlife options are plentiful here, with everything to amuse from sports to gambling bars to romantic piano bars. Trust us 'cause we've already scouted it all out. By far the best choice is your resident expert on having a good time, yours truly, the Hard Rock Cafe Cancun. So after you've hiked through the exotic jungles and explored the ruins, get ready to uncover the real treasure, our Cancun Cafe! You'll find a valuable rock 'n' roll memorabilia collection at our exclusive restaurant, plus an incredible and unmatched expansive ocean view. Dig in and treat yourself to a delicious lunch or dinner!

Service was awesome. Food was great and the view outside was beautiful. Will be back for sure. Hard rock has never let us down. It's also in a great location.

We usually stop in here after landing in Cancun for lunch. The service is usually ok, and the food is good. Prices are what you would expect from a big restaurant in the area. If possible try and get a table with a view of the beautiful blue water.

The Berry Mix Margarita was my fave - just the right blend for a light, refreshing drink. The virgin Berry blended drink was delicious as well. We had the macaroni plate, and it was not bad but not great either. I would definitely make it a point to stop in just to have one of their Berry mix margaritas, yum!

Okay music but the cocktails were not great and overpriced (as is the case with almost every place in the Hotel Zone).

If we avoid getting in to how plain stupid it is traveling to Mexico and going to Hard rock (personally we blame a terrible food poisoning we got a few days earlier that left us crawling to the closest place when arriving to Cancun) the food and place is...just below what's expected. Below standards of other Hard rocks we've been... More

This is not a legitimate Hard Rock Cafe. They have a cool building and some cool items inside, but they are not part of Hard Rock. They have t-shirts and some printed items like glasses and mugs that will say Cancun on them. However, the magnets, pins, and collectable items like that will be for Tijuana or Guadeloupe. I was... This Hard Rock has different bands that start around 10pm and are really really good...our evening was a blues band that rocked the house. The food is above average but the same menu as most Hard Rock Cafe's..all kind of contests going on and the Hard Rock gear is less when you buy in pesos!!!

Every time we travel we make it a point to go to Hard Rock Cafe to eat and get a pin and shot glass for the country we are in. It was disappointing to find that there wasn't anything for cancun rather they had items from a closed hard rock per the cashier. Don't take the taxi here if you... More

This was an ok place, it's like all the other Hard Rock cafe's around the world. It was nice but I rather go to places that are more, true to Cancun, in this instance or the area I am visiting. But if you are in the mood for American food, burgers and their fare its good.

I ordered a hamburger like I always do on every HRC I go to... big mistake, the hamburger was of the "prefabricated" type, it was made with one of those frozen hamburger meats you cn buy at Sam's club, it was rubbery and had no taste. They were kind in replacing it but the owner was around and he was... More
