Service was outstanding and food was incredible! Parmesan soup was delicious as was everything else that was placed in front of us. Must visit Fantino!

This restaurant is top notch! From service to the food to the wine selection you can't go wrong. The setting is beautiful. Yes, it is expensive however no more expensive than fine dining anywhere else.

My family stayed Ritz Carlton 4 year ago. My kids still think Fantino is the best restaurant in the world. I felt sorry that I gave the waiter only 50% tip. If you stay at Ritz, you should go there.

The service, top notch, we ordered the Chef's menu paired with wines. It was devine, soup was phenomenal, salad, and the main course was incredible. The pace of the meal was relaxed and not rushed. There were four of us, and our table was last in the restaurant, but they made us feel welcome! Will definitely revisit! Highly recommended for... More

The best pasta ever. The best service ever. Quite expensive, but worth every dollar! The wines borderline heaven, the menu is incredible because you can ask for something you already know but you will be surprised over and over again by getting a lot more than you asked for. One of my favorite places. It totally makes you feel like... More

I've eaten here three times now. Great food and very attentive to the needs of Celiacs Service level was high - very courteous and efficient. Quality of presentation was first rate. And the room is nice with a great view. Highly recommended.

This is a first class fine dining experience. From the atmosphere, to the service, to the food. It might be slightly more expensive than some of the restaurants in Cancun but definitely worth it. Truly an exceptional experience.

The restaurant is what you come to expect from a restaurant at a Ritz Carlton the service was splendid, the staff real fast, real courteous and most important, NOT annoying, as there are some nice places where the service goes from great to annoying in no time flat, just the perfect relation between being ready to attend at your call... We ate here on Saturday night for my husband's birthday and it was outstanding! My husband had the tasting menu, while I had the filet with crusted mushrooms and vegetables along with a goat cheese and pistachio salad. This meal was incredible! It was so good that we went back our last night and because my husband already had the... More

My wife and I went last week and this was the best fine dining experience we've ever encountered. The service was perfect!! The atmosphere was quite and relaxing, and we enjoyed the pianist a lot. I normally am a "plain food" eater, so I'm not really qualified to judge the food - but what I had was very good!! I... More
