Party of 3 went there for dinner, food was good, view excellent, service just ok. What I did not like is that I was not told that the tip was automatically added to my bill. I do not mind to tip 15% or even 18-20% when I go with a large party of service is excellent. Also, a 10% is... More

We were staying at the Marriott and this restaurant is just across the road. The Marriott's restaurants were way overpriced so we ended up eating mostly elsewhere including three times at the Crab House. The restaurant has a deck open to the lagoon if you want to eat outside and watch the sunset. The decor inside is tasteful and elegant... More

The place is beautiful but it is very expensive, it does not the same menu as other crab houses, the waiter was unfriendly, The cost wasn't a surprise because Cancun is expensive but I was expecting at least a great meal

We had a wonderful dinner at the Crab House. The reviews have been mixed, so I was a bit nervous. However, we had a really good dinner. I would recommend this restaurant. There was a wonderful violinist performing during dinner. He was really quite good. The stone crab claws were delicious. I recommend reading all the reviews and giving the... More

We had an awesome meal at the Crab House. Our waiter Juan Carlos, was the best waiter we have ever experienced. We sat outside looking at the water, the sunset was beautiful. Juan Carlos recommend our appetizer "Oysters Rockefeller" it was so so amazing. We had the platter for our dinner, it was so amazing you don't need to dip... More

The restaurant is upscale and even though our group was coming in after shopping in the afternoon heat, we were treated like gold. The wait staff was very informative and spoke very good English. The food is moderate-expensive, but worth it if you want some really good seafood. We had the platter to share which came with shrimp, crap claws,... More

We dine here annually on our yearly visit to Cancun. There are always many empty tables so you have your choice of outside (casual), inside downstairs or upstairs (a little more formal). Servers try to be attentive but we aren't ever sure they really understand what we are asking though they try to accommodate. Seafood is average, soup clam chowder... More

The seafood plate for two was excellent, it had shrimp, lobster, giant crab legs, Mahi Mahi. Very clean and would recommend eating out on the patio.

Food was good, price was good, came out in a good time. Worth it! The views by the windows are nice. Staff is very helpful. 2 friends had the Octopus, in which both said it was phenomenal. I had the Seafood Paella, which was really good.
