Go out for a nice dinner and ask to sit on the patio. Check over the balcony and you may see a salt water crocodile. We were mesmerized as we watched it look for scraps or diners to drop food below. The food was ok but not worth the money. The service, crocodile, and views of the lagoon get the... More

Made a reservation early today, and arrived exactly when I told them, and the table, "will be ready in a minute." Served by M. Juan Jose Mendoza, with help from 3 other employees, very intermittently. Maybe 5 other tables of customers in the entire restaurant. Took our drink order, and had it back to us in less than 20 minutes.... More

Spent close to $200 for a family of 4 to have dinner although 3 out of 4 of us had crab. So maybe you get what you pay for, but 1 of the 3 of us who had crab, got food poisoning- we're sure it was from here because the reaction was within 2 hours, so very quick- and she... More

This is the best crab restaurant I have been to. On our many trips to Cancun we often dine here twice during a given visit to Cancun. Their specialty is local rock crab and no one does it better. Service is excellent. They also have a nice outdoor patio on the lagoon.

Party of 3 went there for dinner, food was good, view excellent, service just ok. What I did not like is that I was not told that the tip was automatically added to my bill. I do not mind to tip 15% or even 18-20% when I go with a large party of service is excellent. Also, a 10% is... More

We were staying at the Marriott and this restaurant is just across the road. The Marriott's restaurants were way overpriced so we ended up eating mostly elsewhere including three times at the Crab House. The restaurant has a deck open to the lagoon if you want to eat outside and watch the sunset. The decor inside is tasteful and elegant... More

The place is beautiful but it is very expensive, it does not the same menu as other crab houses, the waiter was unfriendly, The cost wasn't a surprise because Cancun is expensive but I was expecting at least a great meal

We had a wonderful dinner at the Crab House. The reviews have been mixed, so I was a bit nervous. However, we had a really good dinner. I would recommend this restaurant. There was a wonderful violinist performing during dinner. He was really quite good. The stone crab claws were delicious. I recommend reading all the reviews and giving the... More

We had an awesome meal at the Crab House. Our waiter Juan Carlos, was the best waiter we have ever experienced. We sat outside looking at the water, the sunset was beautiful. Juan Carlos recommend our appetizer "Oysters Rockefeller" it was so so amazing. We had the platter for our dinner, it was so amazing you don't need to dip... More

The restaurant is upscale and even though our group was coming in after shopping in the afternoon heat, we were treated like gold. The wait staff was very informative and spoke very good English. The food is moderate-expensive, but worth it if you want some really good seafood. We had the platter to share which came with shrimp, crap claws,... More
