My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at La Destileria in October, 09. We sat on the deck overlooking the lagoon just after sunset. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend La Destileria. more

If you want an authentic resaturant on the hotel strip that has atmosphere and a nice deck to eat on then choose this place. The service was great and food was delicious. This restaraunt is a bit of a gimic. They charge you the same as you pay in a top class restaruant for very average food. I wasn't much gone on the group of singers in sombreros going around to each table either. I felt it was a little tacky. more

We loved this place, we went 2x! The food was delicious. You get 2 appetizers: nachos with 2 dips plus cheese filled rolls. Since we tend to prefer fine dining restaurants, I rated La Destileria as average. The food was good, not great, the atmosphere is very loud with a Mariachi band traveling around constantly - they were really loud and got obnoxious after a while. Merely average food (though local selections are available in abundance) with a fun atmosphere and attentive staff. The outdoor dining aspect enhances the experience and the mariachi band is enjoyable. If for nothing else, go for the tequila sampling. more
