We had one dinner at La Parroquia, and loved it. It's a simple, low-key restaurant; I think there were only locals eating there on the night we went. Food was good, price was low, service was attentive and friendly. We liked it.

we loved La Parroquia... one of the beast meals in Mexcio. I remember those crunchy shrimps with coconut and excellent apetisers. I would definetly recomend this place.

No vale la pena la espera. It sucks... It is not worth the waiting. Servicio extremadamente lent y la comida no se muy buena. Service is extremily slow and food is not so good

This place was recommended by our hotel clerk, and is definitely worth a visit. They serve a great comida del dia (fixed price afternoon meal) for 68 pesos. Comes with soup, your choice of one of two entrees, dessert or fresh fruit, and cold beverage. My hubby had their chicken fajitas served with white rice and refried black beans, along... More

We had lunch here after a long morning of site seeing. Situated near the central plaza, this restaurant was recommended to us by the trolley staff. It was big and airy. There were big murals on the wall and they alone were worth the visit. Quite a large menu with mainly Mexican dishes all at reasonable prices. The daily special... More

Really not the best in town. Coconut schrimps not very tasteful. Prices higher than what they should be. Always open. 24hrs. In the city center. Atmosphere poor and sad. Noisy television on. Lime juice good but that would be the only positive thing. Clean. Don't try the lime soup. We would not suggest it.

We ate here twice during our 2 night stay in Campeche. Daily special includes a drink and a dessert (fruit or jello) for like 50 pesos, about $4. I had the pan cazón, a breaded shark dish that was perhaps my favorite dinner during my three week stay in the Yucatan. This is a popular busy restaurant and service can... More

The third and fourth time we went there it was not with our Mexican friend. The service was not good, the food was OK not as much on... More
