Decent late night restaurant in the Center of Campeche ... open 24 hours a day! They have a wide variety of food from bar food to the Yucatecan classics ... we had panuchos de pavo which were nice! The prices are decent and it seems a popular place for locals to grab a late night beer! Good call if you... More

The prices are on the middle-range. The breakfast are rapidly obtained and delicious with plenty of bread and jam on top of what you order. Went there three times. Would have gone more often. Had their special burger for a lunch, which was good too.

I went to La Parroquia on recommendations from the locals and from the Lonely Planet. BAD IDEA. Let's forget about the terrible service - I could barely get the waiter's attention to bring me the menu and then to order, and each time he came by my table he'd be "distracted" by someone else calling. Let's forget about the fact... More

It's a great big space opening from the street...ceiling fans off the very high ceilings...and a large spread of tables to choose from. Nice food and attentive friendly staff. The murals are a great reflection of the high self esteem and awareness of history that the people in these parts display.

While visiting Campeche this past summer, we were nearby the Cathedral and noticed this spot in one of the corners from downtown's main plaza. Food and service was great, background music was perfectly matching with the kind of scene this "bohemian" restaurants represents. I would recommend to try Pan de Cazón, Fish of the day (they can grill, fry or... More

This was a recommendation from the Lonely Planet guide, and I'm glad we tried it. My partner and I were in town for just one day, and wanted to find somewhere that was a bit more local and a bit less 'tourist'. This place was superb - a large open restaurant area with plenty of tables. The service was excellent.... More

We had breakfast here before getting an early start for Edzna. The food is good and the service is quite quick. Had lunch here on another day and can highly recommend the fish.

We were in Campeche for one day and just wanted something simple for food and a beer so we looked for our lonely planet book and for the first time actually looked for a particular restaurant. We were NOT disappointed. This place was amazing. The service was great, the food was unbelievable. Compared to other places in the town it... More

La Parroquia is a large restaurant on Calle 55 between calles 10 and 12 in Campeche, open 24 hrs a day. From what I could see when I ate there, both locals and tourists seem to flock there. The menu is what one could call 'eclectic', featuring mostly Mexican dishes. Since I only had breakfast there twice, I cannot vouch... More

We had one dinner at La Parroquia, and loved it. It's a simple, low-key restaurant; I think there were only locals eating there on the night we went. Food was good, price was low, service was attentive and friendly. We liked it.
