Love the Atole de Coco and tostadas!

One of my faves in Veracruz. I usually have the coconut Atole and tostadas preparadas but they also have amazing everything! It can get crowded and finally thank god they have someone to take names down but on a day when there are no hostess, it can get crazy to find a table. I like the fact that... read more

Prompt and friendly service. The food is average but it's a nice place to go as a family. I always go there with my family.

This is a good place to go for breakfast or lunch. It's usually pretty crowded so the waiters are moving fast and, as other reviewers have said, they can come across as rude. But the food is good, which is why they're always busy.

The food is very good, all plates we tasted were great, service however was very slow and unfriendly. Waitera are overwhelmed and don't even try to be nice or polite. Plates are thrown at the table without ceremony and thank you is not a word the waiters know.

The service is slow even when is not full. From the menu that is full of errors you get a glimpse of the quality of this restaurant. The typical food is what they serve best I strongly reccomend "gordas", "picadas", "chilaquiles" and "tamales". You can get a clean and good meal for a decent price.

Both Farolitos serve traditional food, well prepared, if not amazing. The service can be slow--understandably given the fact that both restaurants are usually full. But if you want a good meal at a decent price, Farolitos will do.

The place is typical mexican restaurant. It has a relatively nice interior and is clean. The food was really good (I had tacos with cheese and ham) and the prices are ok. We had a bad experience with the waiter, that for some reason didn't understood the need to split the tickets although he was explained from the start our... More

My wife and family enjoy the establishment, but I find it a bit "outdated" in terms of current architecture. The food is OK, the pricing OK, and has a play area of sorts. Service is average as well. Unless I am REALLY HUNGRY and there's no other place open, I prefer eating somewhere else. But PLEASE UNDERSTAND- this is only... More

This was a very authentic and very clean restaurant. The food was perfect, right in temperature, and taste. The price, you can't beat it for restaurant food. I say this because the street vendor will always be cheaper. If you can, make sure and stop by
