Pasta amatriciana is not good, made from canned tomato puree....did not met any expectation, not even close. Having said that. Wine of the house is really good. Great place to hang out and have a drink, not food.

Our favorite afternoon spot for an inexpensive glass of wine. They bring a tapa and popcorn with every glass ordered. Big selection of wines. On cold evenings, the vino caliente is perfect. Decent food as well. Service is extraordinary--lovely people.

Good place if you are on a budget. Least expensive glass of wine is only $18 pesos and every drink is served with a "tapa" (a slice of French bread topped with veggies, cheese, or meat). Place was always full. Good for people watching.

This small restaurant in the very centre of town has a great combination of wines (not huge but compensated selection), light foods (especially salads and plates of cheese and dry meat) and the ambience, you can tell many people here are regulars (probably locals which is the best thing you can say of a restaurant in such a touristy city)... We ordered a bottle of wine and it came with free tapas! Also, you get endless pop corn for free. The prices are excellent and the overall ambiance is amazing, locals and tourists mingle sans probleme.

I really love this place, the wine is very cheap and you always get a free tapa with your drink (if you ask for a bottle of wine you get more). The only difficult thing is to get a table outside.

Good wine at excellent prices. It is always busy, no matter what time of day or night! With free tapas given with every drink I can see why!

This place is a great place to sit outside and people watch on the main pedestrian street in San Cristobal while sipping great wine with options from Mexico and South America and beyond AND get some free tapas with every glass on top of a never ending bowl of popcorn that they just keep refilling. Spent many happy hours at... More

All the positive reviews for Bacco are what it is. Great service, neat cozy atmosphere, good wine/beer selection and the free appies are the icing on the cake. They also serve all you can eat popcorn too. We are hooked. This will be our happy hour stop for the next 3 days.
