We had delicious tostas at this cafe for lunch. It's inexpensive but very good in a lovely location near Santo Domingo church. Highly recommend. Laid back and pleasant courtyard setting.

Ate in this excellent little cafe three times - best things were the spinach and avocado salad, the granola, yogurt and fruit, and the coffee. Staff were friendly, prices are low, the food is fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere is nice.

Stopped here for lunch. Very centrally located and a nice little coffee shop / restaurant. I had the Enchillada verde con pollo - the best salsa verde I think I have ever had and my husband had the Enchillada Mole con pollo, which was also good. The desserts looked good but we resisted. Would definitely eat here again.

We ate here for lunch on most days we were in Oaxaca city. It is nicely located and has pleasant surroundings including tables in the courtyard. The food is cheap, tasty and freshly prepared. The service was good.

Really love this little place a block away from the Santo Domingo place. You can get all the local dishes - tlayudas, quesadillas, etc A very good option for vegetarians.. I like the coffee here better than Brujula.. When its busy, be prepared to wait though, I don't think they've figured out a system yet, that's probably the only let... More

We stopped by for some hot chocolate ( unbelievably rich and creamy) and a quick snack on the way somewhere. My biggest disappointment was not getting to spend longer just hanging out as so many others seemed to be doing. The staff was courteous and totally on top of thins, the cafe was pleasant and our bolillo and chocolate were... More

We started going to Los Cuiles every morning when we first arrived. There are great breakfasts of eggs, beans, avocado, coffee (good coffee, though not outstanding by any means). it was a comfortable spot (we sat at a big table with cushions and a bench) and it was never crowded enough to make us feel we took too much space.... Great place to have an inexpensive coffee or meal! Extensive menu for a cafe. There is free WIFI, so bring your laptop along. The place can get busy and service is sometimes a bit slow, so be sure to leave yourself plenty of time if you plan to have a meal here.
