Delicious!!!

Everything is delicious here, they have a Mole sampler, you should do that before committing to one in particular. I go there every time I'm in Oaxaca. If its not raining or chilly you should ask for a table at the balcony, its great!

We had a reservation for over a week for 12 friends, Friday, April 17, 2015. We asked our hotel to confirm the reservation which they did. When we arrived they acted like we did not have a reservation and said they would try to set a table for us in the "back" in a stuffy room next to the bathrooms... More

I hate to just repeat, but Los Pacos is famous for its moles. My wife had the mole sampler, where you get all seven. You really don't get too much of each, so I prefer just going for a single mole. I had the Coloradito with an enchilada. While not the fanciest or best restaurant in town, Los Pacos is... More

As you'll see from other reviews here, Los Pacos is known for their moles -- and justifiably. Mrs. Cato, a long time mole expert, opined that this might be the best (black) mole she'd ever had, and no one argued. The lovely Cato-ette, 15, who also knows her way around good food, also had the black, served over tortillas wrapped... More

The best restautant on our 4 days visit. Small local and unfussy. Beautifully cooked meats and fish. Varied menu which they are willing to adapt dishes to your liking and different sauces. Great value.

Ate 2 diners, both were very good. This is a Oaxaca typical food restaurant that is very nice however not fine dinning so Its perfect to enjoy a good meal. The service is good. Good place to relax after a long day.

We have had a series of lovely meals, focussing on the moles (seven). Delicious, good service, whether with family with small children, or with old adult friends. Relaxed and refined dining.

We got a recommendation of this place and we decided to got. we were 4 persons and the service was slow, there were a few more tables with foreigns who were well attended for the waiter than us, so to be a foreing is a major reason to get a better service? Any way we decided to order the traditional... More

We went to Los Paco to learn more about mole sauces. We have had mole in Puerto Vallarta, and were only so-so on it. We ordered Mole Amarillo with pork, and Mole Colorado with chicken. Both were quite delicious, had very different flavours, and changed our impression of mole. Before our meal we were given a complimentary plate of slightly... More

This place was always crowded while passing by and it piqued my curiosity . Eventually I came there for lunch and only one other table was occupied. I ordered a beef dish with rice, vegetables ,tortillas , sauces and toasted pork rinds . The food arrived fairly quickly and I dove in for a tasting. I was disappointed that the... More
