Delicious!!!

Everything is delicious here, they have a Mole sampler, you should do that before committing to one in particular. I go there every time I'm in Oaxaca. If its not raining or chilly you should ask for a table at the balcony, its great!

Not a good experience. I think we were the only diners there the evening we visited which shuld have given us a warning. We asked to sample the different moles which was good and then we chose 3 differnet ones so that we could really sample a range. But the result was a large soup bowl of soupy brown mole with... More

Right were the Guelaguetza passes by this restaurant offers you a dish so you can try the 7 moles of Oaxaca. Be prepared for some intense flavours that you've never tried and I assure you that at leas one of them you are going to love!

Our trip to Los Pacos will go down in family lore for our bizarre experience there. We arrived hungry and with a baby nearing the end of her rope. Our mistake was ordering salads instead of just entrees. The waitstaff, although friendly, did not read the cues of our group and proceeded to prepare a Cesar salad tableside. Hungry onlookers... We had a reservation for over a week for 12 friends, Friday, April 17, 2015. We asked our hotel to confirm the reservation which they did. When we arrived they acted like we did not have a reservation and said they would try to set a table for us in the "back" in a stuffy room next to the bathrooms... More

I hate to just repeat, but Los Pacos is famous for its moles. My wife had the mole sampler, where you get all seven. You really don't get too much of each, so I prefer just going for a single mole. I had the Coloradito with an enchilada. While not the fanciest or best restaurant in town, Los Pacos is... More

As you'll see from other reviews here, Los Pacos is known for their moles -- and justifiably. Mrs. Cato, a long time mole expert, opined that this might be the best (black) mole she'd ever had, and no one argued. The lovely Cato-ette, 15, who also knows her way around good food, also had the black, served over tortillas wrapped... More

The best restautant on our 4 days visit. Small local and unfussy. Beautifully cooked meats and fish. Varied menu which they are willing to adapt dishes to your liking and different sauces. Great value.

Ate 2 diners, both were very good. This is a Oaxaca typical food restaurant that is very nice however not fine dinning so Its perfect to enjoy a good meal. The service is good. Good place to relax after a long day.

We have had a series of lovely meals, focussing on the moles (seven). Delicious, good service, whether with family with small children, or with old adult friends. Relaxed and refined dining.
