Food is Great as Usual

Very happy with the meal here expected. Have eaten here many times over the years. The dishes are very creative. This last meal had no meat, but still was very good.

"Average to good" but not "very good"... The food was enjoyable but not memorable . The wine list is limited and the house wine undrinkable. the staff was kind enough to suggest we taste the house wine first. Good service, beautiful place, very creative and stylish.

This restaurant although having the roof is really open and in February it was very very cold. They have these outdoor heating lamps unfortunately they were not working. We tried to get away to for a drink and finally did and after half an hour we left not wanting to sit there uncomfortable for the evening. If you go try... More

Fantastic food, fantastic service, and a truly incredible patio setting. Can't say enough about how wonderful our meals here were. It was definitely the most expensive of our meals in Oaxaca, but we came out at $60USD when we were trying to spend down our cash pesos on our last night there and tried to order the most expensive things... I have been here twice in the last 16 months. The staff have been great, especially with my dubious Spanish! The space is modern and open and well designed. Order lots of appetizers and salads- They are varied and delicious. I find the main courses to often be the weakest part of meals in Oaxaca in general. Some here are... More

One of Oaxaca's better restaurants...contemporary Mexican cuisine in a gorgeous space with dramatic lighting & design elements. Very nice service as well. End your meal with the chocolate volcano cake...you won't regret it.

A beautiful setting, with great service and wonderful food. Oaxaca is known for it's fine restaurants and this is one of the main reasons why. Go...enjoy.

Los Danzantes...Great! Took a peek as some of the several hundred favorable reviews in Trip Advisor and find it challenging to relate our delightful dining experience without repeating what has already been mentioned. As of January Los Danzantes continues to meet all of the compliments in the reviews, delicious Oaxacan/Mexican traditional flavored foods, professional service, special mezcals and a beautiful... The food is delicious-- rooted in Oaxacan/Mexican tradition, but creative. They have their own line of excellent mezcals. The service is great. The restaurant is in a covered courtyard with very nice plantings and a reflecting pool. Perhaps it is only the extremely low rate of the peso right now, but we had an amazingly good meal, including mezcal, for... More
