Cocktails were delicious and great prices as you expect in Mexico, food was very tasty, but they were super busy as it was day of the dead.

We ate here twice it was so good. I discovered it by accident: some Dutch people were coming out as I was hesitating to go in: they said they were vegetarian and had the BEST entrees and that also the chef had made them so special dishes....we were NOT disappointed! Each time we went, we had excellent margaritas and every... More

We tried mezcal margaritas here; they were blue and delicious. The other dish we had both times we were there was the warm watermelon salad. After you order, they bring the best bread and dips to the table; the butter one with seasonings was my favorite. This is just a fun place to eat with good food and drinks. I... More

We visited Los Danzantes for lunch in December 2013. While planning our 2014 visit, it was the first place that came to mind for New Year's Eve. It was a set time (8:30) and menu with an acrobatic show followed by fireworks (yes! your own private fireworks display) and dancing. We sat at a table with an adult family of... More

Extremely innovative menu using fresh local ingredients. Member of Slow Foods. I had a chile relleno with corn fungus, grasshoppers on the side. Pat had a tasty fish dish. All food was flavorful but this is no place for comfort food. Beautiful space.

Make a reservation or you won't get in. The duck appetizer is wonderful as is the bread that they start you out with. We always have the sweet and sour shrimp and have never been disappointed. Save room for the creamy flan.

This is one Oaxaca's best restaurant. Well located next to Santo Domingo cathedral and next to few art galleries this restaurant has a great architecture and the food is really good. Mexican contemporary cusine. Try the duck appetizer.

We had been recommended this restaurant by a few people. After standing in line for 20 minutes we were told they were full. We made a reservation for two evenings later. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. 20 minutes later we were finally seated. The waiter took our order and brought our drinks. 50 minutes later, no water, no... More
