We went on a business trip to Santa Fe and we went to Guadiana on the first night after not being able to figure out where else to go (too many options in the area). Reservation was not necessary. The environment is great, very cozy, very chic. There are some fireplaces and there is a special room (separated by an... More

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food at La Guadiana, so much so that I ate here several times during my 7-day stay in Santa Fe. Every time, each dish was cooked to perfection. Presentation was spot-on. Flavors were fantastic. In particular, the tomatillo cake, stuffed with goat cheese in the molé sauce, the octopus and the... More

Big restaurant with very beautiful decoration, not cozy but anyway very tasteful. Excellent food, we had some delicious tacos de camarón, escamoles, carne a la sal and tostadas de atún. Service was very good too. Place was full even though it was a tuesday night.

Excellent for business, friends or family. Very good food and ambiance. It has a nice smoking area, good wines and food for all kind of tastes.

The decoration of the restaurant is hip and somewhat impressive. Service is impeccable like so often in Mexico. When it came to the food we were not impressed at all. Octopus like leather soles, a fish which was overcooked. Hot appetizers which were cold when being served. Considering the preparation of food and it's taste this restaurant is overpriced to... More

Yesterday, we had the fortune of deciding on a business luncheon at Guadiana. While, I had not been to Guadiana before, I am always open to experimentation. I was quite pleased with the total experience. We took advantage of the valet parking at the front door and made our way up the few steps to the huge glass doors of... More

The menu and prices are more for people that go there on business (the menu selection is ok, nothing to brag about & the prices are on the high end). There is nothing unique about the restaurant, but if you are looking for a place were you could take your guests to a place where they could get a taste... More
