Los Panchos has been around forever. You can try very good mexican "informal" dishes and Tacos. it is one of those places where locals hace been going for ages. It is a very simple restaurant, the service is very friendly and the food is very good (in it's category). I have enjoyed it throughout my life. When friends or visitors... More

We went to Los Panchos since it was closer to our hotel and apparently had been around since 1945, and we wanted to try some authentic mexican food. All the dishes we ordered were well prepared and we enjoyed them a lot. Would certainly visit next time.

We tried the chile enogada and the margarita de granada. The chile was really delicious. We can recommend it a lot! The margarita was very good but rather small. We enjoyed the sunday lunch there a lot. The place is not fancy but local mexican.

My wife used to live in Mexico City a couple of decades ago and she still remembered this place. It was perfect! The quality of the food was great. These are not cheap tacos but you get what you pay for. The service is very good, and the place is super clean. We we were discourage to visit this place... More

We went there with Mexico City residents who remember eating there 50 years ago. The food is still great, especially the "mole", and the place is immaculate and well run. The prices are very reasonable too.

I come here with friends and also business foreign clients to eat tacos. The place has history and is a guaranteed winner although definitely on the expensive side as far as tacos is concerned. Excellent service, quality clean food, live music every now and then. Expect foreigners, business locals and the odd family on weekends and evenings.

The food at this restaurant is average but the service is poor. It was a Sunday and they were busy but even so our wait person was very slow and kept forgetting our requests. I had to ask for water 5 times and it finally came at the end of the meal. For the money, this place is not worth... More

Went here on recommendation of a friend who lives in Mexico DF and it was near our hotel (Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec). THE best carnitas I have ever tasted! Service was great and prompt. Very clean environment. Will go back here next time I'm in town!

Dry flavorless meats. Flavorless salsa with zero spice. Expensive for what you are getting. They messed up our order. We went because of the TA rating and location.
