Appetizers for our first MC night out

We have travelled all day with a couple unexpected layovers, but we have started this leg of the tour. All this just to say we are beat, full of airline flavors and really would need stunning to move us. Lampuga was recommended by our concierge and it hit the spot. We were after 9PM and it was... read more

Very nice fish place in Condesa. Not the most fabulous place we ate in our 10 days in Condesa but quite good. Nice service.

Been there a couple times before and had better experiences, unfortunately not reviewed. Last lunch was not as good as it used to be, starters were Ok, but on the mains Red snapper ordered by my partner was overcooked then too dry to be good. I had chicken for a change which was served burnt. A forgettable visit but I'll... More

The house special was not that Special Th fish was soggy and immersed in a tomatoe based sauce. The presentation worthy that is where it ended.

On the recommendation of friends we went to Lampuga after too much wine...lol.not being that hungry we essentially only wanted appetizers. Surprisingly they turned out to be awesome. I chose the soft shell crab salpicon and the flavor was wonderful. The mezcal cocktail was really good. Too late for desserts. Certainly will go back again.

We stayed overnight in Mexico City on October 3 and had dinner at Lampuga. I thought that we were off to a bumpy start with stiff waiters and overly salty chef's surprise (a bisque-like soup that was truly awful). But we follwed with the artichoke, which was sweet, (normally) salty, sticky and delightful, even if it did require a trip... More

We went here for an early dinner (by Mexican standards) and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend getting the tuna tostados as a starter, they were the stand out. The atmosphere was nice - quiet, and not too formal.

I visited with my family during a week day. I recommend you go early since it gets full of people. I recommend the tuna Tostada, the shrimp tacos. Delicious. I did not particularly enjoy the decoration but it is OK. The manager was very polite. It is a good option

Recommended by staff in the hotel and we weren't disappointed with the quality of food and service in this restaurant. Great seafood, good selection of wines and excellent service.

Our third visit to this Condessa standard reconfirmed our opinion of this consistently solid seafood emporium. the Mahi Mahiceviche was about as fine as this dish can can be, and the octopus was a hit. the wines were a bit expensive with few lower priced alternatives, and the atmosphere and the prices were definitely " expense account". .
