Excellent food! Although highly expensive. Maybe, that is why, even that we came in sunday, there was a lot of available tables. I asked for a Mignon steak and it was truly glorious. My husband's pasta was good, and we both had very good salads. The restaurant's speciality are meats... And their huge hamburgers!!!

We had a big t-bone, seafood pasta and the crab cakes. All ok but paying swiss prices in Mexico requiers almost guide Michelin standard! It wasn't! Even I could have cooked it - better! No, come down in prices where you belong and the restaurant might be more than 25% of capacity in a heart beat! Service was good so... More

I had follow the expectations of other comments but I was disapointed. Food is good BUT not that fantastic. Just very close the restaurant from Hyatt is a lot better. It is a cosy environment and There is a good wine list though.

As we all know its difficult to find a smoking area in restaurants anywhere in the world, well I founf one. The 2nd floor of the Palm restaurant in the Intercontinetal Presidente Hotel in Mexico City.Besides the fact you can smoke, the food and service are unbeliveable, first class all the way.

As you can expect from The Palm restaurant, in Mexico City is no exception. The service is excellent, the best Wine list in all Mexico City (since is in the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel) and the food is always top of the line. We shared Prime rib and Lamb chops that were just fantastic. Like in some other people who had... More

This great restaurant located in Polanco has great food and energy. You will run in to several tables full of politicians deciding Mexico's future. Better than any other Palm restaurant I have been to. Great service !

The sea bass was just great, tall, well cooked, spicy enough to bring the taste !!! The price is like you see any large hotel chain around the world, but nothing bad to ask you do not try.

I have dined here on several occasions. I had a Caesar Salad, Rib eye and Augraten potatoes. The dinner was good as was the service. I have been traveling to Mexico City for the last 10 years and always make a point to dine at the Palms. They may have had a slow night, the service and the food was... More
