I had follow the expectations of other comments but I was disapointed. Food is good BUT not that fantastic. Just very close the restaurant from Hyatt is a lot better. It is a cosy environment and There is a good wine list though.

As we all know its difficult to find a smoking area in restaurants anywhere in the world, well I founf one. The 2nd floor of the Palm restaurant in the Intercontinetal Presidente Hotel in Mexico City.Besides the fact you can smoke, the food and service are unbeliveable, first class all the way.

As you can expect from The Palm restaurant, in Mexico City is no exception. The service is excellent, the best Wine list in all Mexico City (since is in the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel) and the food is always top of the line. We shared Prime rib and Lamb chops that were just fantastic. Like in some other people who had... More

This great restaurant located in Polanco has great food and energy. You will run in to several tables full of politicians deciding Mexico's future. Better than any other Palm restaurant I have been to. Great service !

The sea bass was just great, tall, well cooked, spicy enough to bring the taste !!! The price is like you see any large hotel chain around the world, but nothing bad to ask you do not try.

I have dined here on several occasions. I had a Caesar Salad, Rib eye and Augraten potatoes. The dinner was good as was the service. I have been traveling to Mexico City for the last 10 years and always make a point to dine at the Palms. They may have had a slow night, the service and the food was... More

My first night in Mexico city a few colleagues and myself went to the Palm for dinner. It was great. I have never been to famous New York location but have heard the great reputation it has. The service was excellent. Great atmosphere. Amazing steak. The only downside was that there was no draft beer. Overall a great experience.

In my opinion, you can get much nicer food at a better price in other restaurants in Mexico City. Having dinner at The Palm was very expensive and the food was just average. I had the lobster, which was good but I will never spend $1500 on that again. We had lunch that same day at Jaso and was so... More
