Top Notch Service - Excellent Food

I took a group of business colleagues to this restaurant for dinner. I have been to the one in Atlanta many times. Everyone absolutely enjoyed their steaks and the service was top notch. Would recommend this place for business meetings or romantic dinners.

As always The Palm offers great service and, for those who are not Vegan like myself, good choice of meat. I must say that I found something to eat and it is always a pleasure to see the Wine List of any restaurant of the Intercontinental Presidente Mexico City.

I love the Palm in other locations, and maybe it was an off day, but I won't be hurrying back. We sat on the terrace, fought gnats and mosquitos, and lunch took an exceedingly long time much to the annoyance of my hosts. It became difficult to keep the mood up after a while. I ordered the short ribs from... More

Located in the nicest zone of the city for great restaurants. This restaurant is very well decorated with the traditional cartoon drawings on the walls. The service is impeccable. The Menu is a bit limited however the wine list is extensive and very well stocked with some great and rare wines, almost compared with the neighbor next door "au pied... More

This was a very warm experience. Personnel is very professional, the actual place is very confortable. The food is not as great as the price so, definitely a little pricy; however, not that much. Still a great restaurante to eat and share.

I was in Mexico City on a business trip and I was staying in the El Presidente. The Palm came highly recommended by colleagues so I decided to share a meal with a few of my business partners one evening. Two of us had prime rib and vegetables and the other partner had the sea bass. The prime rib was... More

This restaurant is located in the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel. There's always a risk when dining at a hotel restaurant that the price will be quite high and it won't reflect the quality of the food. The Palm is 'hit or miss' in this regard. We were two people and this is what we ordered. Lobster Bisque; Veal Parmesan; Rib eye... More

I have been here a few times now as when in Mexico on business and in one of the hotels in Polanco it is generally a short stroll for this hidden gem, I have never seen many people in it, which is very surprising as the food is excellent as is the service. The service is very professional, not overbearing... More

I love beef and this is where to go to get it, the service is excellent and the wines are top notch. You had better be hungry though, they give you a lot. everything is carte blanche.

I've been there a couple of times and they always overcook theirs stakes ad burgers. Not bad but definitely not worth the price. There are way better restaurants, don't waste your time here.
