Breakfast

Upon arriving in Mexico City at 8am, we headed straight here for breakfast based on the good reviews on TripAdvisor and our travel book. The restaurant had a formal feel to it, but do not be discouraged. I was there in a t-shirt, leggings, and sneakers since we had taken a red-eye. The service... read more

We were disappointed with the breakfast of this place. We had read and heard so many good things about it but it ended up being just OK... We had better food with a better view very close to El Cardenal in a place called El Mayor. Go to both and compare.

The dishes they offer are really nice and well served, from a mexican cut of meat (tampiquena or sabana), to fish dishes with sauces that are delicious. I... More

Pecho de ternera os for two people, really nice dish. Tacos de camarón aré a good choice for appetizer. Second floor has live piano music. I always taje... More

Great mexican food, great Service, friendly staff and great location in downtown Mexico City. They serve dishes from different regions in the country within a casual-formal ambience. There are other venues around the city. Good to business appointments, to share with friends or family. Famous for breakfast too.

Forget the buffet breakfast this is the best breakfast in Mexico City by far. Typical dishes, well prepared, perfect service.
