Excellent for a sunday brunch. I personally recommend the "Revueltos a la cazuela" ( oven scrumbled eggs)

It is fine quality, good service and family atmosphere . The prices are reasonable and you can have a goos mezcal with out paying very over priced drink. ( it does not mean that for us are not beyond real price) when i was young no body used to drink mezcal and of course from t10 pesos a shot went... More

Chiles en nogada are delicious, though somewhat expensive. The service is excellent and the restaurant in Las Lomas is a little noisy but elegant.

One of Mexico city finest restaurants. Mexican gourmet food. Try Queso tapado and Escamoles, outstanding.

This has to be one of the best mexican restaurants in Mexico City for breakfast and lunch at the same time as it is relatively inexpensive. Service is also usually very attentive and fast.

I went there, probably with high expectations. The service was average, I ask for a glass of wine and they were not even nice enough to bring the bottle so I can see what I was drinking. The food was very average, I ask for some lamb and the sauce was bad and I've been sick since I ate there.

This restaurant still keeps the traditional Cantina environment in its furniture an decor, the cuisine is fabulous and traditional, not to expensive, but its not cheap. They opened a new branch in Av. Juarez in the lobby of the new Hilton Hotel, much more modern but keeping the flavor of old times.

Elegant dining, friendly helpful staff, accidentally went casual, but no problem. They are probably used to tourist stumbling into this place. Very traditional Mexican food, not a taco place. The food is top notch. Six people ate good for 1,100 pesos ($86).

A new friend, who lives in DF suggested we meet for lunch at " El Cardenal " . He also raves about breakfast here . The restaurant is quite nice & fills up quickly for a traditional Mexican " comida " mid day . 2 pm - 3 pm . The bread is delicious which tells you a lot about... More
