Went there for dinner as we didn't feel getting stuck in the traffic again. Italiani's is one of the few places we considered going in this shopping center. The food was ok but portions too big. We originally wanted desserts but we left without being able to finish our mains. Their loss!

It is as bad as they get. It is a commercial restaurant focused for the masses that lack any knowledge of what real Italian cuisine is. I simply can't recommend anything. I was dragged into it twice by client invitation and to be honest even the water is bad. Only a mall restaurant in a food court is worse than... More

Great menu options in Italian, the food seemed to not have that total Italian taste. Slightly overpriced in my view but worth the while. Can be a great romantic backdrop.

Once abroad,at Mexico, when you try to find a food closer to your taste, don´t miss the Italiannis(A group of restaurants spread along the Mexico country). In Acapulco, for instance, there is one located at the entrance of the "Galerias Diana",a small shopping located in front of the Fiesta Americana Hotel.Like dessert, try the "bread pudding" or in spanish "budin de pan",unforgettable.

For a chain place (it is all over Mexico City and Mexico as a whole) this is actually pretty decent. They have revamped a lot of their menu recently and the prices are pretty good ... if you want more authentic Italian that has higher quality ingredients than look elsewhere, but you will be paying much more. I usually go... More

Expect HUGE portions. Food is really bad think a 6yr old cooking pasta with ketchup! We tried artichoke dip with no real taste, pasta was overcooked..... Looking for Italian food Stay away from Italiannis and the olive garden there are like a 1000 places that have better food than they do in Mexico City.

When these chain started in the mid 90s it was ok. Not great just ok. These days food is overpriced and the restaurants are over-hyped. Food is bland at best. Bad most of the time. Stay away of this chain. Better get some genuine local food. There is no Italian community in Mexico and certainly good Italian food doesn't come... More

Food is good, normal pricing unless you order from the abondnaza section of the menu, then is a deal.

Just a chain that pretends to be Italian. There are many better options in town, Italian or otherwise. Not recommended.
