We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. They had a lengthy wine list but unfortunately the wait staff was not too knowledgable on the Portuguese wines. We tried one that we enjoyed but it was a complete shot in the dark. The portions were a decent size and well prepared. Overall the experience was fine. I don't think I would... More

A very good restaurant in Polanco, maybe one of my preffered one here in the City. Excellent food, wines, service and location. Never an error spending some good time here. Muy rico, uno de los mejores en el DF. Trés bon restau en Mexicó, manger et du bon vin! Un de me favoris ici!

Tried this restaurant with my wife and we were not dissappointed!, the service is fast and the menu has some interesting options, including more than 20 dishes based on atlantic cod (it seems that is the house specialty) we tried a cod "tortilla" as starter and the special of the day, a nice cut of meet with a mix of... Went here for brunch with no reservation. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated. I ordered Chilaquiles Colimotes. It was a fried egg covered with tortilla strips and a creamy salsa with sour cream and onions. The flavor was awesome. The restaurant has a very large menu, including some low cal plates, a good juice selection, and a fun bread... More

We were in Mexico City for four nights and our Mexican friends took us here on our last night. There couldn't have been a better way to cap our visit. We had smoked salmon and grilled asparagus for appetizers, followed by a variety of cod dishes for our main course. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The “vino verde”... More

Went for a breakfast meeting. Staff was what your would expect of a high end establishment, The waiter was really patient and he explained everything well about the menu. The surrounding is also nice. Well-decorated. Definitely would go back again.

There is a expression in Spanish called “Bueno, Bonito y Barato” generally referred to a place that is not only nice but also with a great balance between quality and price. That expression is, in fact, similar to the English expression “more value for your money”. Casa Portuguesa is a place that honors that expression. It is a pretty nice... More

I went to Casa Portuguesa for lunch with a few colleagues. Food is excellent. Not really portoguese but really delicious and well presented. Sitting outside in a warm day is lovely and you can see nice people walking by during their lunch break. Unfortunately services is messy and none seem to be in charge or coordinating it

A nice restaurant with a variety of Portuguese dishes... The food is well prepared and flavored, but is still missing some condiments to be as Portuguese flavor food. Still is good to go when missing Portugal.

Met some great friends, and follow this recommendation for breakfast. They have a wide selection, so you will find something you like, even if you don't eat eggs (like my wife). I had the Huevos Arlequín, which had my favorite flavors (salsa roja, verde, chilaquiles & bacon!!!). The cafe con leche was perfect! This was a niece surprise, since I... More
