Very pretty decor, food is all-right, a little overpriced. My main dish-Estofado con venado (deer meat) is over cooked. Not sure if this is a thing in this restaurant since i'm not the only who compliant about this.

This was decent food, but the least special meal we had in our visit to Mexico City. The best dish we had here was the Mole Prehispanica, where both the steak and the sauce were nice. The place has a nice ambiance. The waiters were very nice, but the service was kind of slow. Nice place but given so many other... More

Now here is a truly remarkable restaurant. Almost appears hidden away and wanting to be found by those looking for it. Excellent service, fast, attentive, and knowledgeable. Authentic kitchen with a modern touch and a well-tuned menu. Cool interior design, and you can peek into the kitchen too, and see the masters at work. We loved it.

- great tasting food - nicely presented dishes - original and truly local recipes - if visiting from abroad, this is the place to taste great mole and oaxacan food without the need to go to "centro" and the crowds

Found this place near Zona Rosa. I was amazed by the "Mole Prehispánico" sauce with the beef. This has been the best Mole I've tried ever, the beef was very good as well. If still have room left for dessert, have the Chocolate cake, it's an AMAZING experience.

We spent 5 days in MexCity and explored several good restaurants in town, Yuban was our 2nd favorite of them all. It's in a charming location on Colima. We showed up at 7pm on a Saturday and walked right in, the place was half empty, I guess people eat late in this town. We are two vegetarians and found plenty... More

I have no use for a restaurant that fails to confirm (or refuse) 2 reservation requests. We did not go.

Rick Bayliss mentioned this restaurant in an article in theTribune that I friend of mine sent me, since she knows I travel to MexicoCity several times a year. Am I glad she sent the clipping. We started with Molotes, which is dough stuffed with potato and chorizo. It had guacamole on top and some greens, and the spice factor was... More
