Awesome Chilpachole de Jaiba (rare find)

I enjoyed my meal with friends very much at this restaurant. The chilpachole de Jaiba, a rare dich to find, was delicious, and so were the shrimp tacos. Drinks were generously poured. The service was attentive. A bit pricey though for what it was. Bummer for the TV screens all over the place, they... read more

A good seafood restaurant in the up and coming Roma Norte area. I recommend the tacos El Gobernador. After lunch walk to the park at the end of the street. J

Varied menu, nothing special and nothing bad, little expensive for what you get, staff are friendly and location is good.

Watched Mexico vs Brazil (0-2, sorry) and ate a very relaxed lunch. The Tacos Pescado were good, but did not prepare us for the Tacos Gobernador, which were outstanding! Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus free WI-FI let us browse while we watched the game.

Ceviche was very good and very tasty, eventhough a bit pricy for the tiny plate you get. Shrimp tacos were very bad, too much tempura, fried for too long, grease dripping out of it, not good at all and very expensive. There are many other way better seafood places. Only nice thing is the decoration, and service was quick and... More

Mexico City has some awesome seafood places, for example Contramar in Roma or Fisher's in Polanco. Unfortunately Stampa doesn't belong into that category. It is in a cool Roma location, has a great decor, friendly staff, a hip and rather well-heeled crowd and good, although not extraordinary, food. The problem is that the service is subpar. Slow (although everyone is... More

It was one of the recommended seafood restaurants in Mexico City (there aren't that many for a country surrounded by two coasts). The ambiance was quite nice, nice white/ blue deco. However, the seafood was average. We ordered grilled fish, and they looked like they were near carcinogenic... too much black stuff on it. Plus the salad that came with... More
