This restaurant is located in the central ¨patio¨ of the Down Town Hotel. It´s like finding an oasis in the middle of the crowded historic center of México City. The building keeps its colonial style and the ambiance invites to seat and have good tequilas and then enjoy roasted duck ¨buñuelos¨ or the shrimps with ¨pipian verde¨and exquisite sauce. It... More

First off I arrived early for dinner in DF , 7 or 7:30 pm . The maître 'd tried to give me the worst posible table in the restaurant while it was half full on a Sunday night . The space is a lovely courtyard with tree's and lanterns in a oh , so hip hotel . Contradiction ? Not... More

Last Sunday we visited this place for dinner. The location is great and the atmosphere is veru nice, BUT the service was very desappointing. It took a very long time to get the menu, then we had to wait for a waiter to finally take our. During the meal we had 3 different waiters! The people seated in the table... More

We had dinner here on a Friday night. Great ambiance and the food was delicious. Had the best margarita ever (cucumber). Worth eating here, very unique dishes.

The restaurant is set inside the courtyard of a large historic building. Tables are surrounded by Trees that are adorned with small candles that provide just enough mood lighting. As for the food, every thing was great. Started with the ceviche, moved on to the apple and goat cheese salad and finished with a fish dish that was cooked to... More

An excellent restaurant full of surprises. If you are new to Mexicot is best to go there with Mexican friends as the excellent menu needs explanation. Dishes can be spicy or not, up to you. The servers are very attentive and the location is central. Gorgeous architecture, in the old city, on an internal courtyard. And if you want to... More

Very little to add to previous reviews. Most diners did not look local, though a couple of larger parties may have been. Much more interesting menu than most. We had hibiscus enchiladas and duck with fruits, as well as the grasshopper guacamole, all were excellent. The reason i decided to review is that this is the first Mexican restaurant we... More

Suggested by my friend Alejandro, who trades with regional food, I gave it a try for dinner. It welcomes you with hundreds of small candles, in an internal court of a very elegant building, surrounded by trendy shops. The personnel is very corteous, attentive to the clients and professional. They can explain you the finest details of their menu, bravo!... More

It's a great place to eat, breakfast, lunch or diner! Been there many times. There is something for everybody. Mexican food with a mix of textures but not to edgy so it's enjoyable for all, travelers or locals. Great atmosphere, open space. Family restaurant, great for couples, even solo travelers!

The concept of having around several stores with Mexican curious, organic products, artisan chocolate, etc. offered us a pleasant waiting time to get a table.
