After Concert Appetizers

We stopped after a concert for wine and an appetizer. The wine list is extensive and good. The staff was attentive and well versed in wine. We sat on the patio and it was very nice. We asked about appetizers and they brought out a couple of choices already prepared. We selected the bruschetta which... read more

I needed a break from the (tasty but) intense Mexican food. I ended up in Saks because they are recommended as a veg restaurant on Tripadvisor. They are not actually veg, they do have meat options. But I wholeheartedly recommend their Saks salad! Tasty and filling.

A good place to go if you enjoy typical Mexican breakfasts and a pleasant atmosphere. Must try the freshly made corn muffins! Main issue is that it gets very crowded, particularly on weekends therefore the quality of service suffers and dishes are sometimes served lukewarm or almost cold.

It is the right place for a very good breakfast. The food is awesome, the service excellent and the atmosphere very nice. At one of the best spots in the Polanco area, you will enjoy very much your meal. Don't miss it!

We enjoyed an excellent bottle of wine at a decent price on the patio. They kindly offered an excellent selection of bread and garlic hummus to us to ensure we did not become inebriated. We had salads that were unique, fresh, and delicious.

I came 15 minutes before my planned breakfast; coffee from the coffee machine was good (much better than the “café Americano” that I took later, the sweet bread was good. My friend came later, asking 4 times for coffee but he got it just on the fifth request (this is not usual here in this place but it happened) breakfast... More

Food: regular, the poached eggs were too cooked... Service: very bad, I'm still waiting for the wine list, 15 minutes to prepare a bill and more than 10 minutes to pay with a credit card. A lot of weiters but without any idea of service... Price: a litle bit expensive than de avaage of Polanco...

Nice locatino near the higher end hotels. Outside terrace on Mexico City's version of the Champs Elysees. Food- meh. Ok for the standards, but the price for the beef roast by the gram was outrageous.

They have a nice terrace, some dishes are good, like mole, nice place for breakfast. But they a very annoying group that plays loud music, starting at 5:00, makes you feel in a cheap bar, you have to speak loud to have a conversation. Only for this reason I wouldn't come back for lunch on Saturday.

I was staying at the Intercontinental Hotel at the same charming avenue in Polanco (Campos Eliseos) and saw this nice restaurant with a very large veranda and I decided to have lunch here. Besides the great wine selection, very special plates and appetizers that makes it hard to choose what to eat. I had small pieces of ceviche as an... More
