Late lunch

They have a nice terrace, some dishes are good, like mole, nice place for breakfast. But they a very annoying group that plays loud music, starting at 5:00, makes you feel in a cheap bar, you have to speak loud to have a conversation. Only for this reason I wouldn't come back for lunch on Saturday.

I was staying at the Intercontinental Hotel at the same charming avenue in Polanco (Campos Eliseos) and saw this nice restaurant with a very large veranda and I decided to have lunch here. Besides the great wine selection, very special plates and appetizers that makes it hard to choose what to eat. I had small pieces of ceviche as an... More

After a long business day, it was nice to sit down on the terrace of the Saks restaurant in Polanco. And to start with the best frozen margarita I have ever had. The starter and the steak with accessories was of good quality and tasty. I don't remember what we had for dessert, but I remember that it was very... More

Nice place on a relatively calm square in Polanco, with a great terasse to enjoy a view of the area and listen to good live music. A bit too much sophistication for the drink menu, with one of those poorly conceived iPad options. Now, you must speak Spanish to order anything (I mean 'anything') as nobody speaks English - more... This was a great lunch, the staff was very accommodating when I asked for a meatless meat specialty and made it with tofu that was not bad at all. The guacamole (my litmus test of Mexican restaurants) and appetizers were very decent and the atmosphere very cheerful.

Home made and baked pastries, a good variety of local and international dishes available at any time in the day, a very pleasant layout on a traditional house with the remainings of the Mexican Colonial architectural style. And you can enhoy the "ambiance" of Polanco if you decide to sit yourself at the outdoors terrace. You can't miss it! Consider... More

This restaurant is in the heart of Polanco. Suggest you make reservation. Try to sit in the terrace is lovely !. Menu include juices, great sweet breads and excellent breakfast dishes. We had the enchiladas and chilaquiles....yummy !

My first time in this beautiful, great location restaurant was yesterday night with my mother. She wasn't hungry, but I was. We were looking forward to chilll with the nice sax music and quiet Campos Elíseos at that hour after months of though family news. When the head waiter (distinguished appearance, bald, dressed in a white jacket) gave us the... More

Great ambient! Unfortunately, service not well prepared to receive their guests at 2pm: cava wine not cold, only one Mexican wine in the menu, but not available and rib eye still frozen (at 2pm!). In general, poor for the level of restaurant in Polanco.

The ambience is very nice and comfortable. Service is attentive, but food was disappointing. Almost as though the food was prepped from frozen ingredients and then scooped out of a buffet table in the kitchen. Will not be returning.
