First of all the location is called the Juarez location, but it is not exactly on Juarez and it is not exactly on Independencia. It is on a side street close to Independencia. But I'm not sure it was ever clear what the name of the sidestreet is. The coffee is excellent. My wife tells me that the Grande Latte... More

This place is great for both coffee and hot chocolate! The hot chocolate is amazing and should not be missed. If you are in the area it is worth a try. I wish there was Wifi.

It is like a mexican starbucks, although service is more friendly. Hot chocolate my favorite, it is real chocolate not fake beverages.

Don't expect to be wowed by the setting. Pretty functional. However, do expect the coffee and various hot chocolate drinks to be excellent. Quiet enough for conversation but, no WiFi at all.

I was recently there in "la Condesa" visiting Mexico City to meet up with an old friend. He suggested this cafe as it is similar to Starbucks coffee (too similar in my opinion....) and is a nice place to chat and sit down. The white hot chocolate is delicious. It is priced very well and with the current cold weather... More

It is the best coffeen in mex city. I come often for business, and stay close just to try the coffee. Very elaborated, but traditional. Starbuks meet traditional mex cousine...

A Mexico City native introduced me to the hot chocolate from Cielito Querido, and it changed my life, haha. I had the chocolate chile and it was such a different and interesting combination...I LOVED it. But choosing between it and their plain hot chocolate (which is not sweet at ALL, just rich chocolatey goodness and latte-foamed milk) was impossible for... More

If you want to try traditional coffee and chocolates beverages along with mexican snacks, you may visit this coffee shop at Zona Rosa, a great experience of taste!

This is a great little place near the Zocalo. It serves most blends of coffee and specialty espresso drinks. There is a good assortment of teas as well. Westerners be warned: you're not getting half-and-half in Mexico, but there are a few styles of cafe con leche, including cafe Americano decaf, which is what I got. The staff didn't speak... More
